- The 2022 Porsche Macan gets a facelift and with it comes the end of the Macan Turbo. The new top of the range is the GTS, which now comes with the Turbo engine. This is undoubtedly the best-handling SUV I've ever driven....and it should be for the $96,000 as-tested price.

Porsche Macan GTS or BMW X3M Competition?
Drove both and have a GTS on order. It is much more refined and comfortable than the X3MC. Not that the BMW was bad, but it’s not a Porsche. Since the BMW dealer would only sell MSRP, the delta between the two was less that $10k. No brainer.

...also the RaceTex seats, though not cooled like the perforated leather seats, stay cool in the summer, you don't stick to them as you do with leather seats if you're wearing shorts, and they give you plenty of grip during tight cornering. RaceTex, or any Alcantara for that matter, is a durable racetrack-proven fabric that is high quality and wears very well. Just use an Alcantara cleaner to remove any sweat and stains, and it will look as good as new!
Regarding the piano black haptic feedback buttons, piano black finishes suck! Just cover them with matte PPF. My installer in NJ did it along with piano black surface around the volume and selection knobs and the 10.9" screen for $250. It's worth every penny and is a complete game changer.

All over the net... it says that these are horrible cars.... The most common problems that Porsche Cayennes deal with include premature tire wear, prematurely worn brake pads/rotors, coolant line issues, dead engines, and noisy transfers/transmissions and all these are reported year after year. Just because car sounds good and goes fast... it does not mean its a perfect car. Give real reviews not a PRish updates. all these details we get from Porsche dealers marketing team too. I was surprised to see how much of bad reviews Macan and Cayyane has. Making coolant pipes from plastic.... what would you expect will happen to cars once they take road trips. Fear of changing coolant lines at 5000kms is a major flow bro.
I’ve scoured online for close to a year. I’ve found the opposite - from around 2018 on up. The engines have changed; as well as the transmission and transfer case. Official sources for vehicle reliability, etc - give it better than average marks. I’ve seen lots of reports on reliability issues on the Ford F-250 power stroke, but it’s rated as highly reliable and capable. I had my 2020 F250 for 45,000 miles without a single problem other than the camera for the bed; which was a widespread recall. I have a ‘23 Macan GTS on the way for May and couldn’t be more excited.
