Who cuts an already cut PB&J sandwich? Or dunks it in tea? No ... and ... NO!
      Y U do dis?? ;)
And, yes, definitely drink water (or something) to wash it down. Otherwise you get sticky peanut butter throat. (Perhaps less so with the jam than with just plain peanut butter toast... But still, even then sometimes, if there's too much PB & not enough J.)

I sympathise with you. Several of my family members have depression. I've noticed they're all extremely kind people. I also come to the conclusion after speaking to them that depression is most likely caused by people being alone with their thoughts for extended periods of time, such that it causes an endless loop of negative thoughts/stress. In other words, overthinking. I think it explains why depression rates are so much higher in developed countries than in developing ones. After all, people in developed countries tend to have more time alone to themselves and are less likely to be living in lively households that would keep them busy. To cut a long story short, I'd personally recommend spending a lot of time chatting and spending time with family and friends. It'll help immensely by keeping you preoccupied such that you keep away from negative thoughts. You could even try prayer - or meditation if you're not religious! Spirituality and a busy family life seem to be doing wonders for my grandmother, who used to have crippling depression! Exercise is also great because it helps increase your dopamine levels. Anyway, all the best 😃

      Chaudhary is great!
He's also kinda' cagey... Like he eats it, and kinda' gives that "I'm not really sure what to think about this new thing" look, where you can't tell if he actually likes it or not...
Then most of the time he's like "this is great!" But occasionally you get an "nah bruh, I didn't like it at all." It's a bit of roulette which way it'll go. But he definitely seems to have a bit of a sweet tooth. :)
Glad he liked PB&J sandwiches. Definitely a perennial favorite in America, and served to kids all the time.
Sadly, with so many peanut allergies getting attention, many schools are banning kids bringing PB&J sandwiches in packed lunches, out of fear they might trigger other kids' peanut allergies. :\ But, really, as long as you're not allergic, they're delicious. Though I get that some folks don't like the texture, or possibly the taste, for whatever reason.

PJ King growing up we had baked macaroni and cheese with crackers. Layer of elbow noodles, layer of cheese, another layer of noodles and another layer of cheese. The last layer of cheese put crushed crackers in it and place in the oven till the top is hard.

They're not medieval, he's a doctor. He knows what's he's talking about. They don't have all the chemicals and crap that infect us like we do, so their remedies are more herbal and natural. There is healing in nature. We just pump our bodies full of chemicals so we're immune to holistic healing and used to immediate pharmaceutical treatment aka more chemicals
