Absolutely! In my handbag tutorials I always have links. My hardware for this was from Emmaline bags :)
Hi Brandy, what needle are you using? Does the double sided tape gum up your needle?
I use a size 18 needle. My industrial can handle the glue from the tape no problem. My Juki 2010 couldn’t . Hope they helps!

Sometimes hand cranking the last couple stitches helps :)

Great tutorial. What brand DST do you use that doesn't gum up your needle?
I get mine from either amazon or Emmaline bags. I’m in an industrial, so it just whizzes thru it without gumming up
I have DST that I use in card making but wasn’t sure if it could be used. I thought there might be a particular brand needed for sewing.
