Hi Robin. Thank you for sharing your question with us. All of our compressor nebulizers have an air inlet filter. This filter catches large particles, such as dust, and prevents them from entering into the device and causing trouble. The filter should be changed at least every 3 months or if it becomes discoloured, dirty or wet. We hope this answers your question 🙂

Try moving the middle small piece. The one located in the medicine container. I loosened it a little bit and it worked
