ALDI WORKZONE heat powered Stove fan reviewed for your log burner and multifuel fire. Available online and in store from the Aldi Specialbuys middle aisle.
So the fan spins, but did it heat up the room better than just the fire alone? Would have been good to have some temp measurements comparing before and after the fan...
The room is far too big for the fire to heat the room, however standing at least 6ft away I could feel the warm air. I'm going to buy another for home use and take some temperature measurements then 👍
The cast iron stove was very cold so it takes a long time, probably around an hour to heat up fully. Once it is warm enough to activate the fan then it quickly starts to spin and push the heat around the room. Don't give up just yet, All the best, Jimmy
Suggest you place at rear of top plate facing opposite front corner, so moving more volume of heated air into the room in front of the stove, rather than just rising to the ceiling & stagnating there. This helping create a less stratified heat zones. For that application, a second fan would be a good investment, improve overall effect more than you expect.

Good little video. Just got a burner installed today but bought this a month ago in Aldi for £17.99. Seems to be working well.🍷🍷🍷🍷
Let the good times roll.
Start off low and slow with your burner so it warms up over a few days before you send it full throttle 👍
It’s powered by a thermal resistor that turns heat into electrical energy, you’re correct about the heat difference mate, good we video 💪
Cheers for that.
Thermal Resistor 👍

@@JimmyTheMower look forward to the test!
Thanks, I'm sure it will work well. Definitely worth the gamble for less than £20

Proper made me laugh 🤣🤣🤣
Waiting for this to come to my Aldi! I'm in the US, so unsure if it will ever make it.
Fingers crossed they get it in stock soon 👍
In someone else's house and I've been staring at the bastard thing for ten minutes trying to figure out how it works. Had to come to UA-cam.
Brilliant 🤣🤣🤣👍
Hope you have a great Christmas 🎄
@@JimmyTheMower Haha, likewise mate. All the best.
Was just in there today getting the hot wheels advent calendar for the boy
Take care mate 👍
Ooooooh, I hope I haven't missed that. I better get back down there tomorrow.
Thanks for watching,
Jimmy 👍
Back in stock 8th January 2023, £17.99. I'm getting one.
Ours is still going strong.
It works really well 👍
Running out on silliness but for now it’s the only fan you have 😂 no great video as usual well done Jimmy
🤣🤣🤣
I’m not too impressed with Aldi goods, but these fans are excellent. Very sensitive and free spinning.
It's a fantastic little stove fan 😀
Nice. How much is it Jimmy?
Less than £20 at the moment mate. Well worth the money 👍
Ditton manor forge l am guessing
You know it 😉
Jimmy you need to read the instructions mate, your are meant to keep it away from the flue 🤦🏻😆
so it disperses hot air- has not moved your hot air:)
🤣
I've never seen one of those.
They are a brilliant bit of kit mate, they really warm the room up quickly when you are burning wood.
It’s called a seeback generator and uses two different plates of metal
Thanks 👍
OK Lost me at it can get to hot. Five + minutes and it is still NOT spinning...

@@JimmyTheMower They work better when placed to one side.
Place it in front of the flue like you did, and the heatsink warms up as well.
@Renegade1127 yes they certainly do 👍
