So... my jaw is still scraping the floor. I've gone through at least 20 different interpretations of that piece, and the maturity showed by Miss Chua in that take is mind boggling. I've listened to Julia Fischer, Janine Jansen, David Garrett, … you name them. The only interpretation I find "better" (in my taste and sensibility of course) is that of Itzhak Perlman.
This little lady has talent that is a diamond the size of a mountain. I really whish her all the best, and I'm convinced that with perseverance, she will become one of the very greatest soloists. I am no violin expert so have no clue what violin she was playing. However, one thing is for sure : her talent screams for a Strad.

It is something quite hard to portray. While one could argue other masters can have greater precisions, but the flow of energy, emotion, and punctuation in Chloe's playing is ridiculously good and that moved me to tears every time.
