Dharavi-Redevelopment must be under PMAY-Urban ARHC-LHP scheme to create & provide:-
(1) Low cost Affordable housing to the residents of Dharavi
(2) Create a public shopping complex to boost employment & Economy
The ARCH-LHPs must be developed in such a manner that 3-types of apartments can be provided to citizens at low Rental-rates such as:-
(a) Studio-Apartment (1BK) for ₹2000 per month
(b) 1-BHK => ₹5000 per month
(c) 2-BHK => ₹10,000 per month
This will insure that both LIG & MIGs can get planned accomomodation at affordable rates.

bruh the minimum amount for basic 1bhk flat is 10k that is the bare minimum rent

@@Phoenix_alt There are ARHCS for the reason to provide more Affordable housing to the masses.
The money LIGs & MIGs will save on rent will automatically be spent on other areas like Nutrition, Retail, Education, Property etc.

This project is possible under the modi government regime only rest all others showed dreams, modiji is one man who showed us impossible things happening possible
