As a Filipino who makes sisig, I approve this!
That is what I wanted to hear!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊😊🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🍻🍻🍻🍻🙏🙏🙏🙏✨️✨️🇵🇭
@@millenniallegends this one is legit. just a suggestion to prolong the shelf life of any excess meat ingredient is you can cook it as an adobo that is on the sweet and sour side and it will also taste better as time passed by, just adjust the taste to your liking if your going to use it. another good thing to elevate the sisig and gives it that nice aroma that lingers is the "knorr liquid seasoning" the regular one or another option for it is you can make your own version of it by boiling a datu puti soy and puting like 5-7 knorr cubes, sugar, msg, spices that gives a strong aroma. now that soy is gonna be potent so be careful in using it. overall mate job well done and keep it coming! i just ate dinner and now im hungry again hahahah.
WOW That’s Awesome ✌️👍👍👍👍👌
This is authentic Filipino sisig!! Looks even better than some other sisig I've seen and eaten. You guys are eating great food!! 👍
Yeah, you're one lucky lady Alyssa, not too many men can cook or elect to cook. Not only your man is a great chef, but a passionate one at that. It's one thing to be able to cook but Dagan takes it to another level by sharing his techniques by communicating clearly and in a most interesting way. Damn, this cooking video got me so hungry it's gonna take a triple cheese burger and a large fries to satisfy me. 🤣😂
We are so glad you enjoyed the video. Dagan loves to teach and share his cooking style as a chef. It's always so nice to hear people appreciate what he's doing. Sorry, not sorry to make you so hungry. 🤣😂😅🥰😋😉🇵🇭💙
You are amazingly strong American person to do this😊
Because as a Filipino this is the only dish that I cannot do this and cook , you do it more good than a Filipino actually more double and made it properly even though kitchen is small , perfectly done ✅ ❤ congratulations on your sisig dish.
Thank you much!!! 🥰 We appreciate your positive feedback. Dagan worked hard on this dish. So much respect for Filipinos hat make this dish regularly. 🥰❤️🥰
Wow! Thank you for cooking one of our dishes,i actually haven't tried Sisig before .bcoz i lived and worked overseas for a long time but would like to try that when i go home to the Philippines ... A big kudos to you Sir and to your wife.👍👏 I hope you enjoy yout stay in our country...
Sisig is my absolute favorite Filipino dish. 🤤 🤤 If and when you do try to make sisig let us know how it goes. If you get to try it, tell us if you like it. 🥰
the only problem with watching these Sizzling Sisig videos?
you don't get to taste it....😭
SARAP !!!! 😋😋😋 *drools
🤣😂🤣 I'm sorry. Glad you enjoyed the episode ❤️🥰❤️
Props to you for tackling this dish - looks legit! You hit the nail on the head when you mentioned about the gazillion regional variations, thats why pinoy food as good as it is cant get a good grip here in the US because the variations are seen as inconsistencies on how the dish is prepared.
Glad you enjoyed. 🥰 So many variations of Filipino Food. But it's all so delicious 😋
I am going to try this at home. I was actually thinking about the recipe and here you are showing it to your audience. Thank you!
Thank you! Let us know how it goes if you make it.
Absolutely! going to do sisig on Christmas! Looking forward to it... @@millenniallegends
Approved! Good job, Dagan !👍👏😎 Alyssa,Enjoy your Sisig…😋😋😋

Thank you. 🥰❤️🥰

Senior!!!!!! Man I miss ya big guy!!! 😪 the best of times!!! Find me on Facebook or send me an email anytime!! Hoping all is well!! Catch some for me!!! The fishing out here is really hard!! Thank you for always being there and supporting! God bless brother 🙏 🙌
At the final cooking process, on pouring a little pork oil, use Star Margarine instead. And before eating, pour Knorr Original Seasoning to add flavor.
Thanks for the tip!
Good morning ma'am and sir wow lami kayo enjoy stay safe ❤
Good night!! Thank you
From a cook to a cook. Great job!! Ans yes, filipino guys cook 😂. I cook more than my partner! Cheers to good food!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Nice! Thank you for watching 🥰 Cheers to you 🍻
I learned a lot. I’m a Filipino but doesn’t know how to cook that. I’ll try it especially making those chicharons. Thanks
Let us know how it goes.
That looks delicious, literally hard work. We love liver, especially chicken liver adobo.
Liver is definitely new to me, but I am loving how nutritional it is. Dagan has worked with and eaten liver before. 🥰
My take on this, and I've observed this a lot. When it says (Sizzling Sisig,) it don't have mayonnaise, it had egg. Plus this type of sisig are most partnered with beer. But if it just (SISIG). (Homemade or sold in the street). It had mayonnaise because it's for a Meal for (bfast, lunch, dinner)..
Interesting. Thank you for sharing your insights. 🥰
Wowwwww!! That looks good!!🤤🤤
Thank you 😋 it really was
Awesome for trying. I have never even try to make it myself!!
Thank you!!
yup. some add mayo to their sisig and some dont. non issue for me, i love them both. just like adobo. some regions make their adobo with sauce, some cook dry adobo. 😊
Thanks for sharing! Cheers and blessings 🙌 🙏 ✨️
having a 2 cup of rice makes you a truly a pinoy taste buds
😅😂🤣🥰😋🍚🍚 he loves ❤️ rice!!!
Looks yummy..never cook sisig before but i will try using your ingredients ...
Please do! Let us know how it goes!!

@@millenniallegends lami kaayo 😊
I used to hate liver, and then one day I came home from school HANGRY and the only thing available was sauted liver, so... I couldn't believe how delicious it was. When you're starving, preference flies out the window. LOL
We are definitely going to use it much more. It's soooo nutrient dense. It adds good flavor to dishes. We enjoy it .
try the kare-kare next time please... :)
Looking it up now. 🤤
Ooohh yeah the best pulutan or ulam 🤤❤

Sisig, Baby!!! Yeah!!!
I like to drizzle some hot sauce… tabasco sauce.
Thank you! Dagan loves hot sauce too, but I don't...you and Dagan can share a sisig with hot 🔥 sauce. 😂🤣
I think my friend you make that as tacos in your country.
Oh agree. 🤤🤤🤤🤤
Approved! Next time no garlic

On the first date with my now wife, she made me Sisig and Caldereta. She won my heart.....through my stomach. 😅😅
🤣😂❤️🥰 Dang she really wanted to impress you. Definitely a Queen!!
@@millenniallegends What can I say...I'm a catch 🤣
Youre making us all look bad man! Just kidding. You're awesome.
😂🤣😂😅 Thanks! ❤️
Cooking Hack: cry no more with onions - peel dead skins, then soak it in water before chopping. ✌️
I'll have to try that. Thank you!!
Great Job young Man now you can do it 😁🇵🇭👍
Yes, thank you 🥰❤️🥰
Mayo is the key 🤟
Wahoo!!! Got it right!
im pretty sure sisig is from pampanga and the word sisig is "to make it sour" so a food that is marinated sour-based and in this case, sisig primary's flavour must be citrusy and peppery
Thank you for sharing.
It was marinated
it was sour
it had calamansi and ground pepper
and chili's in it.
It was flawless and delicious 😋.
I am proud of myself. ✨️🤣🙏🇵🇭🍻
Salamat.
Calamansi alone can make it sour tho. We also have sisig on our menu but the preparations are slightly different since we don't marinate the meat and also instead of grilling it we deep fry the meat before cutting it into smaller sizes.
Have you tried Cebu Sisig?
Not yet. What's the difference?
@@millenniallegends hard to explain. But you will just have to try it.
Maskara baboy! 😂 Well done, chef. Never tried sisig myself. Delish! 😋🥘
It's so much work. But definitely worth it.
Hows your dog bite.? Did you ta ko e anti rabies vaccines . keep safe always guys.
Yes, we were able to get dagan to the clinic for the anti rabies treatment. Thank you for asking. 🥰
mayo is the sub for pig's brain, to make the dish creamy....(i think)...
Yes. It works really well.
Since pig's brain is hard to find, mayonnaise is added to make sisig creamier.
Makes sense. 🥰
Hey that's my Seahawks team too young Man...cool 😎 Seahawks won last week yeah 👍👍
Go Hawks!!!💚💙💚💙 Seattle is looking good this season
🥰
❤️
Both man and woman can cooked but I think man is better cook, its like they cooked more tasty and savoury😉
I agree. 🥰❤️🤤
The proper way to eat Sisig is with a fork if eating out of a skillet.
Thanks for the tip. 🥰🇵🇭❤️
🤙😎👍🤙🤙👍👍👍😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
🥰❤️🇵🇭✨️🍛🤤😋
Mayo is a substitute for pigs brain that some uses in their sisig
So he did it right. 👍
If you dont have pig brain you can use mayonaise on it, Good job!!!!
Thank you!!
Pork Sisig is perfect when you are drunk.
🤣❤️ I bet!! 🤤
Yum!
🤤
Look very nice my friend...I notice my friend you are sweeting very fast, don't take a shower with hot water just warm my friend to make your body warm all day.just suggestion 😅😅😅
Thank you for the tip. 🤣😂😅
