@@millenniallegends this one is legit. just a suggestion to prolong the shelf life of any excess meat ingredient is you can cook it as an adobo that is on the sweet and sour side and it will also taste better as time passed by, just adjust the taste to your liking if your going to use it. another good thing to elevate the sisig and gives it that nice aroma that lingers is the "knorr liquid seasoning" the regular one or another option for it is you can make your own version of it by boiling a datu puti soy and puting like 5-7 knorr cubes, sugar, msg, spices that gives a strong aroma. now that soy is gonna be potent so be careful in using it. overall mate job well done and keep it coming! i just ate dinner and now im hungry again hahahah.

This is authentic Filipino sisig!! Looks even better than some other sisig I've seen and eaten. You guys are eating great food!! 👍
Yeah, you're one lucky lady Alyssa, not too many men can cook or elect to cook. Not only your man is a great chef, but a passionate one at that. It's one thing to be able to cook but Dagan takes it to another level by sharing his techniques by communicating clearly and in a most interesting way. Damn, this cooking video got me so hungry it's gonna take a triple cheese burger and a large fries to satisfy me. 🤣😂

Props to you for tackling this dish - looks legit! You hit the nail on the head when you mentioned about the gazillion regional variations, thats why pinoy food as good as it is cant get a good grip here in the US because the variations are seen as inconsistencies on how the dish is prepared.

My take on this, and I've observed this a lot. When it says (Sizzling Sisig,) it don't have mayonnaise, it had egg. Plus this type of sisig are most partnered with beer. But if it just (SISIG). (Homemade or sold in the street). It had mayonnaise because it's for a Meal for (bfast, lunch, dinner)..
