And if you think about it, Radical Highway is the most similar level to the first level Black Doom made an appearance. Westopolis. Actually, if you shift the soundtrack to any of the Westopolis tracks, it will fit very well surprisingly. Specially Enemy Territory on Radical Highway Act 2.
I think Black Doom likes to use Radical Highway because it was the scene of Shadow’s most hate-filled moment in SA2, and distorts it in different ways just to torture Shadow.
This goes so hard. The first time seeing Shadow jump into the final portal with the animation of the wings, plus this track is just so hype. What an awesome way to start the endgame
Much better then Sonic Gens where you just do a super slow platform section to place the emeralds in some gears and then get a 3 minute cutscene that ends in the most cringe way (though it’s a little less cringe in the rewrite) and then fight the final boss which you know how that thing is
