Hi Julie! That tiny penloop is only for your penclip. So if you use your Pilot Vanishing Point with this planner, for example, you just hook the pen clip on there and it’s good to go :-)
If you DO want to put a normal pen in, Moterm sells some add-ons for their planners which are something like a loop which goes around the flap that keeps your planner closed. Leather on the outside, elastic on the inside. I use those religiously and they are really functional.

I just saw your video. I ‘m not one to print inserts either. I just received my pocket planner and now I’m waiting on my inserts. I also am using the Hobo cousin and it got too heavy to carry it around. I still use it like you for journaling . I’m sending you love ,light ❤& healing vibes. 😎

I am in a Filofax pocket currently and love it. I bought the Filofax dividers. I use a monthly and a weekly (both from Filofax), lined paper for to do lists, etsy monthly calendars for a school section and menu section, and then a bill section. Works great for me!

OMG…making a list of previous surgeries is a great idea as when they ask you for it you can never seem to remember the exact dates so I just guess and I know it’s all wacked…lol. I think I need to do this.
You got me hooked on the Weeks and I am so content with it. I can watch this video and not be tempted to haul out my pocket filo! I love everything about the weeks - yearly, monthly, weekly and notes. Thank you for introducing me to it. I love watching your videos.
You have inspired me to dig out my LV PM Multicolored Agenda and try setting it up! I bought it years ago from a re-seller and it was so small I never used it. It actually came to me with a slim little pen that fits in that tiny pen loop. I love how you set it up and wish you all the best as you conquer your health trial.
