OpenShot is a good open source video editor if you want to learn editing without spending money. It takes a little to learn but it's a good intro to basic video editing before you start paying for a more advanced editor like Premiere. As far as audio recording goes I personally would use audacity, it's free and solid. Not sure what the best screen capture would be for free, I payed for Bandicam years ago and still use it. Once you get all your software figured out all you really need to do is find something interesting to talk about, or just record gameplays (most screen capture software has a microphone option that you could use to record gameplays with if you go that route instead of story telling). For editing it's really just a matter of cutting down unnecessary parts of your footage to make your videos more engaging to watch and not overly long. You can move, cut and copy audio/video clips where you want them and start making half decent content.
