Class D is NOT digital amplification!

If you're going to boast of your knowledge and experience, make sure that you don't call class D amplification digital literally straight after. Marantz even make a big deal that the amp is all analogue in their literature. Other than that, I really appreciate your time and effort. I'm not sure if it's because English isn't your first language, but you came across as arrogant on that one bit and followed it up with a glaring error.
I have this combo for about two years now (I think) and absolutely LOVE it... Class D amplification will probably be more mainstream... I have not seen any written reviews of the SACD30n though... HEOS app continues to need a lot of work...
The SACD player is NICE! I am not ready for a Class D Integrated Amp yet. Maybe in a few more years. To me, they sound OK at most. Great video though. I love that you show the insides of the devices.
So what's do you suggest for the same price?

Just got a new PS-Audio sprout for 500. Ill see how Class D sounds on that.

If that's dollars or euros that's a great price. When I auditioned the Sprout100 I wasn't keen. It had a slightly forward sound that stepped over into sharp brightness at times. The Marantz sounded a lot better balanced and I'd have never known it was not class A/B. Of course, that's with the dealers equipment and if it was $500 instead of £900 I'd have been a lot more impressed.
$1500 for each should be enough!
