i could say that CN Tianjin is ACV version of CN Chixiao but i think for me Chixiao is better for face to face with Enemies

In my opinion new cruiser is totally worth but has a bad anti sub capability cannon is really good 36k damage is really good damage it has more damage then tmf and monarc new acv is so much decent i dont find any thing special and why they are giving that trash drone for gatcha 😡😡
