Excellent work.The prep and attention to details is what really makes a professional and attitude.I will say they should be wearing respirators.From my experience the paint will go through the mask and not the respirator.
Just found your channel and I’m enjoying and learning from the videos. A question I have is what airless sprayer do you recommend for a beginner for cabinets and doors? I don’t do production work but my turbine hvlp is pretty slow. Thanks!

It definitely is a game changer to not over stack your doors due to overspray, so 4 or 5 max seems to be our sweet spot on eliminating overspray in door packs! All that work and then missed a critical step. You gotta prime the whole door again after prep, factory primer is no good, its just to keep the door sealed during storage. 🤷♂️
Surprisingly as long as you have the undercoat primer still attack after sanding and not burn through the primer into the wood then the bondo spot putty will absolutely adhere and two finish coats of a premium finish will give you a perfect product. I thought the same thing but after asking a while back Stephen explained his prep/bondo process before shooting the 2x complete coats of finish, the results are a factory fine finish product, in my book, there work stand head and shoulders above the rest and obviously these are very high-end clients requesting and paying for the extra mile in the preparation phase attention to detail is my biggest concern we simply don’t except the work if we can’t honor our extensive prep phase and/or our extended clean up process. Plus we run into fewer issues when working with people that value pristine and top tear quality over the commonly expecting and barely hitting the average mark those peeps we always try to steer clear from and if anything else kindly refer them out👍🏻 Can tell you have your head in this and thanks for your opinion! Hello Leo, thanks for the comment. You are right the Bondo is a solvent base, but the red Bondy or spot putty is designed to adhere with latex or oil base paints. We have never had a problem wit adhesion. As long as paint cures you are good to go! It really is a great filler and super strong. Titan 440 all the way fine finish tip with fine finish gun filter ( red) is all I use for doors crown n base
