Mishima Tensei and Konosuba are both classics that require things the crew have yet to attain. Both maturity and understanding of anime’s myriad cliches and tropes. They’re both masterpieces but the crew just isn’t ready for them. They might NEVER be, and that’s ok!
I think the problem here is that back then, shows were all about fights with no substance, kinda like party games. Now these shows are actually interesting but slow-paced so its not exactly great reaction material.
