Omg Crystal! If the cake is clay dough don’t leave it in the car!!! Especially the trunk. The heat will ruin it. It can crack and the glitter can turn yellow in extreme heat.
The reason why SoCal gets stuff first is because the port of Los Angeles is there, and they get stuff shipped there first before the east coast. That’s something that was really hard for me to deal with when we moved across the US in 2020. The stores in my area are totally pathetic compared to where I used to live outside of LA.
