Those patterns are toxic to our growth.😢 I Know I saw negative patterns in me but I found out why I do it it's because as a child I was trapped in a family environment that was damaging my growth and now that I'm free and make my own decisions I see myself stuck in a pattern I feel peaceful at but it's not very positive on my growth.
Although we know this deep in our gut , it always helps to get a reminder from a sincere brother ! Then it sinks in again . thank you for the reminder ☺️ came to me just when I needed it 💯

Patterns off toxic behavior in my experiences have been obvious indicators to keep a mental tally for safe exits but I will never take responsibility for another adult's insidious behavior's ~ that's their regrets to keep, what they do with it is no longer my business. My business is to heal & learn from it & perhaps shake it off on the D.F after a cheeky few mandatory medicinal tequilas.
Girl yep! Same here. Had to cut him off after giving him another chance and him disrespecting me again... It was so hard because we got along so well and had great physical chemistry...but he ain't know how to talk to me respectfully when he didn't get his way sometimes, and I ain't about to deal with that!
No. If he's done it more than twice, it's not going to get any better. It only gets worse. I can say because I was in a situation where it was mentally & physically abusive. He would threaten me about hurting my family if i said anything. He almost ended my life 2x because I was trying to leave & one morning I woke up and didn't care the outcome, I packed what thing I could had to physically fight to get out. Even if it meant I had to end his life.
