@432cestus80 yes there was a 18 day cut off but it was not agreed to...there is another article where usada says AFTER they heard pacquiao agreed to testing ONLY if he had a 14day cut off and said "But USADA said it won’t allow anyone to impose any time frame on them especially when it concerns drug testing" and if a person knows for sure when they wont be tested then of course they can get away with it which is the issue WHY does pcaquiao want to know when tests take place
@432cestus80 you're still not understanding the random testing concept...from the time floyd and shane started training until fight day...random testing was to take place at ANY time between those two days it DOES NOT mean EVERYDAY until that day...it means that in that time frame ANY amount of testing can be done at ANY time ONLY usada decides how many times the tests are done when they are done the days between each test the cutoff of the test or ANYTHING having to do with the test NOT floyd

@432cestus80 the blood testing issue includes all 3 of them...people that because there was a cutoff on floyd and shanes that pacquiao should have one...the MAIN ISSUE pacquiao wants a cutoff that he KNOWS about vs shane and floyd where they DIDNT KNOW there was a cutoff manny never offered closer than 2wks he said "I am willing to consider taking blood as close as 14 days prior to the fight, as long as, my opponent does the same, and it is not a lot of blood, just enough to test."
