I usually prefer clean, powdery, dry scents (not sweet), but the winter where I live is so dry, and I'm wondering what scents might help balance that. Maybe something lactonic...? Anyway, I'd love to see what you think about winter perfumes.
I tried to purchase Flaneur here in the States and I could not get it. I came close because I ordered from Niche Beauty but they never shipped it and eventually canceled my order. Does anyone know where I can get this in the US?
