In the US that fire truck would have left 15 times by now and been almost at the destination by the time these guys get "ready".A whole city block could have been whipped out and burned to the ground lol Europe
The fire department in the US need 20 minutes before they have any water, in Europe is it in 1 minute availble and the houses in the US burn out 8/10 times..
The average time for dutch fire and rescue to arrive on scene is more then 10 minutes less then in US. P.s. the crew in this video responds without lights and sirens so no major incident.
These are volunteers they have 5 minutes to get from their house to the station in an emergency, they still need to put on their gear and make sure the whole crew is there. That is why it takes longer. Also this is clearly not a PRIO 1 call therefore there is less of a rush. So yeah
