In it he states that he is worried about our Country because the things brought up against Trump should have never been. He states the kind of tactics done by FBI, CIA etc. are what third world countries do to opposing persons running for office. The Dems have run over our Constitution and laws. They are tearing down Democracy. For one more example, allowing trans Men to compete in Womens sports over riding Article 9, so that any (no matter what color) Woman will no longer be able to win athletic scholarships for education. Totally UnConstitutional. Completely un ethical. Thank you.

I was a juror on an attempted murder trial and the defendant sat with his back to the judge and jury Yes that is an act of defiance which jurors see and is plays a HUGE factor in decision making. Like it or not, we notice disrespect from the defendant.

Let’s not forget that it is possible that 1) Cohen is motivated by hatred for Trump, and 2) Trump is actually guilty. Those 2 things can be simultaneously true.

Mr Blanche has ZERO experience as a defense attorney. He is a former prosecutor. This is WHY the defense attorney questions are weak. Very weak.

At the risk of sounding ridiculously obvious, Micheal Cohen is not on trial here. He is a material witness in a trial which is being held to determine the culpability of an individual in a crime which Mr Cohen has intimate knowledge of. All this handwringing about his motives, his character, his personality, his contrition or whatever are not germane to the case. The question is, did the defendant willfully participate and orchestrate a crime? Yes, Nichole Wallace is a great anchor and yes Mr Weissman is a breath of fresh air, but can we please get back on point? This jury will ultimately be asked to judge DJT. Mr Cohen has already had his day of judgement.

I saw it earlier as well and was dismayed over the repeated statements that Michael Cohen was a liar while working for Trump which we know he lied for his client, however the panelists should have given Michael credit for changing his position and owning up to the lies very frankly. It takes a brave person to see the light and redeem his or her life. Michael Cohen redeemed himself, his credibility is renewed.
This question is never raised. If Trump is reelected there is a fair chance that he will manage to be President for life. Some may say, well he his 78 years old. It can't be for very very long. Now the question: who will succeed? An other Trump? Is USA will become another North Korea?
These young voters who may vote for Trump because they don't like Biden, are they realizing it may be their last fair election in their long expecting live? We can say the same thing for the older Trump supporters about their children or grand children.

The closing of eyes is the narcissistic manipulation of withdrawal in response to threats to control when direct and indirect ways of nullifying those threats are unavailable. It is a core behaviour of narcissistic personality disorder.

If I were a constituent of one of the members of Congress who attended the trial today, I would be screaming at them on the phone and in email! They had no business being there in the first place, and their lame "show up support" was a transparent attempt to sway public opinion against the judicial process, and to intimidate the witness, the jurors, and the judge! They should be censored in Congress immediately!
They showed up for support because they were told to do so. Trump can't even get most of his family to show up.
At the end of the day, it's the jury who will decide. Whatever they decide, I will respect it.

I've seen no legal commentator more reliable than Weissmann. If he says it with certainty, I bank on it. I've never concluded that an analysis of his has been wrong.

I have a hunch his lawyers tell him to close his eyes because he has a hard time not making facial expressions when he hears things he doesn't like. The kind of facial expressions and reactions that a jury wouldn't like.

You guys! I dont want to give troink an excuse but he is a malignant narcissist who has advancing dementia. My Dad was the same. He became delusional. He could move, through a time between his delusions and reality. I have thought for a long time that troink is displaying the same behavior. By closing his eyes, he is escaping to HIS reality. In his reality, he is under complete control of the situation. Also, he was willing to pay Cohen without negotiating because by paying over 12 months he thought he was deflecting accusations of the cover up, AND HE THOUGHT HE OWNED COHEN FOR THAT YEAR!
It must be one of the only times, if not the only one, when Trump actually paid what he had agreed to pay someone!!
