This seems like the speaker am looking for, but at $200, that is a bit too steep for me. The regular Boom 2 at $90 is a much better deal at half the price, this Boom 2 Plus is not twice the speaker, diminishing return effect.
I have motion x600 from soundcore,that speaker is on the other level from the sound quality is perfect, cinematic surround,heavy dynamic bass,voice clarity etc, .I have also earphone bluetooth Note 3i im satisfied, i will rate it perfect 10/10 with it. Next im gonna buy that boom 2 plus coz soundcore never fail me.

I've had four Anker Bluetooth speakers in the past, I find they work great for about 2 years, on two of them the battery started to die quickly after less than 2 years and on the 3rd, the Anker soundcore boom ,the speaker tore after about a year and a half and sounded terrible. I used to love Anker but find their quality isn't there in the long run, you get what you pay for.

Yeah, the X20 is a beast of a speaker at $224.99. I own one, & I love it. The louder you play it, it just gets louder & louder, without sounding strained, shrill or harsh. They’re able to do this because of its LINEAR volume setup. The volume goes up gradually, giving you more headroom & less distortion at the loudest volumes. It’s one of the best true outdoor speakers, especially when you factor in the price of $224.99.
mine is a ridiculous price, in my country it is call the d20 instead of x20, and it comes with 2 mics, and guess what, got it for 160 bucks, oh God sorry if I brag now 😂

Yeah, here in the United States, there was a special about a week or 2 ago that dropped the price to $161.99 which is just insanely cheap for the X20. It normally retails for $319.99 on Amazon, but ever since it launched, it’s been reduced to $224.99. At this price, I’m not mad at all. On EBAY, the cheapest that I saw the JBL BB3 was $329.99.
I’m a builder and bought the small one 2 years ago ..it’s by far the best product I’ve ever bought for £80 no damage very robust and the sound quality can not be beat for the price ,complete no brainer also the battery last 4 days crazy
Is the power button supposed to flash or stay red when charging? I just got mine a few days ago and the power button does nothing when I plug it into a charger. I've tried three different USB cables and I can't tell if it's charging or not.
Price in Germany is 169,- Euro and thats a no brainer. For me its better then tribit blast, wking x20 or jbl bb3. And i got all of them. Coz if u Listen ALL kind of Music its sounds best.

I’ve watched the comparison videos between these 2 speakers, & it wasn’t even close or fair. On Jay’s Straight Up Reviews, the X20 was 5db louder, coming closer to 6db louder on the decibel meter. It also sounded much cleaner & richer with good stereo separation. When you say that the BoomPlus 2 is better for you, are you talking about the weight & form factor? There’s literally no way that you’re talking about performance & features.
@@jedolivier2688 for normal listening its sounds best. In all kinds of music u need to test it in rl. Wking to much bass like bb3 there is always bass in Rock Songs maybe of the 80s. The tweeter push the highs to much if go max volume its aweful to listening to harsh. And bass is reduced. On Wking bb3 blast etc. So there s no difference . For every Day use And if u listen to all kinds of music b2p makes the best Allrounder its not perfect but I like it most. So take all the other blaster AMD get happy 😉
the bass is massively boosted. lights are childish to me. The grill is probably causing the sound to be muffled. Price is outrageous. I still prefer the motion plus from soundcore. all the new soundcore products are lacking in my opinion.
W-king D20 too heavy, Tribit not strong enough, jbl too expensive and too heavy. Boom 2 plus is everything that those 3 are not. It is light, enough bass, price in middle, and usb c for chargeing, and power bank. Man I love drive my e scooter, it got strap, I can put him around my neck and enjoy in good bass when I driving around city. I mean this is big victory for boom 2 plus.
The boom 2 plus sounds rushed. I haven't heard the wking x20, or the motion boom plus, but I'm hearing they are better than this boom 2. One thing I see a lot on the reviews are people mostly playing them in special EQ. If a speaker always needs a special EQ that says something about how it's made and the toning. Especially to drown out muffled, muddy sound. To put this against the Sony ult 7, jbl boom box when it can't even beat things cheaper than it tells it's the same ol, same ol compare to the more popular, more expensive speaker to get attention when people might be looking for something similarly priced that's probably better instead of,look, same to better performance for this much less when others that cost close to or less is better. Not really a good thing
Having a Motion Boom Plus for about 2 years (along with a Stormbox Blast) the Boom 2 Plus now six days old (got 2) sounds more solid than both of them, the Motion Boom Plus does sound loud (with the right eq) it tends to shout the sound, whereas the Boom2 delivers in a more controlled solid way. As far as EQ settings are concerned, all bluetooth speakers run with some kind of tuned eq as standard that does not appeal to all, hence you set according to your taste. Unless you use these side by side with your own choice of music, you will not appreciate the differences.
The W-KING X20 is a much better value for the money. I’ve watched multiple comparison videos between both of these speakers & it wasn’t even fair or close. The X20 was much louder with more clarity & detail, especially at louder volumes. This is what separates the X20 from other speakers. Sound quality at the loudest volumes. They’re able to do this because it has a LINEAR volume setup meaning it’s volume gradually goes up, giving you more volume with headroom, with very little to no distortion at volumes of 85% & louder. I own one, trust me, it’s a beast for the price of $224.99. But in regards to the Boom 2 Plus, they need to implement a firmware update to clean up the sound. If they do this, then the price might be warranted.

I thought it sounded a bit muffled, but then again. It's really hard to hear correct sounds over a stream. They would actually have to be 100% exactly in the same spot. And a for this android user, I won't be able to know what is my phones horrible speakers and what is in the video without looking at the digital print of it.

Soundcore motion boom 2 plus is wayy wayy better , it is competing with the jbl boombox 3 , xtreme 4 is already smashed by soundcore motion boom plus
