- Our plans for Pensacon did not go as planned but we had a great time nonetheless! This sold out event was gigantic and filled with all kinds of celebrities! Even though I said I wouldn’t film many more conventions, I had to share this one because Jonah Ray from MST3K was there! I rarely get excited for celebrities but this one was a big deal for me! Also tons of rare Doctor Who celebrities were there & some amazing cosplay! I hope you all enjoy💕

Agreed!! He was there too which was amazing, but sadly not on the day we went. Someday I’ll meet him I hope!

I went to Pensacon about 5 years ago. I was not thrilled with how spread out it was. The lines for each panel got crazy. Though as you mentioned the worst moment for me, while I filmed down a row of celebs, I got YELLED at for no filming. If it was something posted, I could understand, but it was not. Had they asked me not to film, I could understand. I'm sure they are still learning and growing. I'm glad you guys had a good time. I didn't even make it to the merch floor because of the set up.

I was stuck in that line going around the arena and was sooo afraid I was gonna miss my photo op about an hour later with the 8th Doctor, Paul McGann. Thankfully they had the little cutoff point to go down into the section for the photo ops or I would have totally missed it haha!!!!

Omg Cris I've been to Pensacon!! The trolley can take you to the Pensacola Grand Hotel where they have tons of board games set up to play (at least when I went). The Fish House did a Harry Potter theme and the Atlas did a Star Trek theme. It stinks that the lines for the trolley were so long but hopefully you can experience it next time! 😀🤲

I love MST3K and Doctor Who. Since Christopher Eccleston is your 2nd favorite doctor which doctor is your number one favorite?
That set up sure looks different compared to other Cons. I would've been confused maneuvering around in there. I thought it was cool spotting Linnea Quigley from Return of the Living Dead in the celebrity list. I'm a fan of that movie series and her movies in general. I remember watching Mystery Science Theater 3000 back in the day. I remember seeing the guy and the robots sitting in a movie theater commenting on what they were watching on the screen. I don't remember what else they did besides that. Might have been one of the earliest [adult swim] shows.
