What a great video for my favorite football player of all time. This man meant so much to me in elementary school. Athletes are the real life comic book super hero's.
Mmmm, the man played the game with great passion and emotion. Of course that's gonna get you in trouble some times, but you can't deny the fact he loved the game of football, and his teammates.
I've said it once and I'll say it again Randy Moss is the best WR to ever step on a football field, he was on two of the highest scoring teams in NFL history for a reason it's not an accident. 1998 Vikings and the 2007 Patriots
With the most humble respect to Jerry Rice I have to comment... I watched Randy Moss grow up from junior high, highschool, through to playing with The Thundering Herd of Marshall, and on to the NFL...there are very, very few football players that just by their presence on the field can change the complex of a game. Most will say I'm biased, but the first names that come to my mind are Randy Moss on the offensive side and/or Lawrence Taylor or Ray Lewis on the defensive side...(I'm not gonna say Bo Jackson or Barry Sanders because I admit that I'm totally biased with those two. They probably came from another planet) Randy Moss must have struck fear into any defensive backs and safeties because he automatically made defensive coaches change schemes. Like Bo, he could have picked any sport and excelled at it. He played highschool basketball with Jason Williams (J-Will) who went on to the NBA. It just so happened that Randy chose football. Chad Pennington was his QB at Marshall who also went on to the NFL. Chad could throw as hard and deep as he could and 99% of the time Randy had to "wait" on it to catch the ball. Only a handful of QB's could hit him in stride on a "go" play. People called him a freak and they meant it in the best way. Game breaker...nuff said. (And, yes, Randy and TO deserve to be in the Hall of Fame.)
I have great respect for Jerry Rice and his longetivity, all his abilities, but he had two of the greatest QB's ever. Rand Moss could have been agreed universally to be the greatest WR ever. To me, he is the greatest ever. Once in a generation, but Calvin Johnson is pretty damn good!!!
Culpepper also had a devastating knee injury right after Moss left. One could say Moss wasn't shit until he hooked up with another good QB. How well did Randy play at Oakland, Tennessee or SF? Not worth a damn.
moss was moody. i always liked him even though he poured boiling water on a girlfriend and it was wrong that he barely tried with oakland despite being one of the highest paid players in the league. he had the best rookie season of any reciever that i can remember
Oakland ^ his comment ... Tennessee If you even watched there games you would understand lmao .. and san fran he played max 2 plays a game -__- .. He was not brought in to be the #1 WR... Roll player to take the CB and Safety with him .. open up the field
all i been reading in comments on websites since he said he was better than rice were hate messages. people saying he got no class. just a bunch of media perception bullshit.
This is for all the moronic haters who claimed that Randy Moss, wasn't a great teammate, he's a thug, etc. People like that can't wait to see people like Moss, Iverson, Owens, etc. fail. Most people are brainwashed into believing anything the Media Critics say without seeing things for yourself. If Moss was so terrible, why did Brady publicly say he would be welcomed with open arms. Brad Childress was only a brief success because of Brett Farve. Unfortunately when Moss came in 2010, Farve was still recovering from the New Orleans "Bounty Game". He was playing with a fractured ankle before he was concussed. Moss was coming into a new system on the fly. There's no way that a player with his resume, should only get 2 games before he's released. I'm so glad Mike Zimmer is our coach now. If he was around, when Moss was there, things would've worked because he would've had Moss' respect. Brad Childress was was geek who had Moss, Rice, Harvin, and Peterson on the same team, and screwed it all up. Brett Farve was the real coach. Childress' offense was a joke before Farve arrived. He'll never be a head coach in the NFL again. SMH!
@Bazooka Ike good thing you know nothing about football .. Moss started with over 460 yards his first 4 games in Oakland... Til he got hurt. And still finished the season with over 1 k and 8 tds... That's being on one if the worst teams ever and being hurt more than half the year.. Yeah he quit his 2nd year only cuz no one on the team cared about winning including staff.. He even said himself its not cuz they were losing it was cuz they didnt care.
@chitownboyz it's funny right? They bash moss saying he should be classy like the guy who spent his career cheating on his wife, said straight out he shoulda been Super Bowl MVP, not joe Montana , and was cocky and whiny as all hell throughout his career . Funny how the world works and ppl forget these things so quick.. Then again it's like most idolized ppl they're flawed as all hell but somewhere Along the way they get talked about so much ppl believe they're perfect and better
He went to that girl's graduation and handed her the diploma. He's a hell of a guy on and off the field. I'll always be a fan of "The Freak".
Best damn receiver to ever play the game, no one and no one was able to stop this guy
moss made culpepper career. after moss left culpepper wasn't shit.

He isn't perfect, but he's a helluva guy and a ridiculous WR. One of my favorites, for sure. "Straight Cash, Homie."
Are you sure Moss isn't perfect? Anyway, you're right, Randy's a fantastic guy.
Randy Moss and Allen Iverson two of the most villainized athletes of our generation
Moss is so country man. Love that dude. The greatest of all time.
My favourite receiver of all time....The Superfreak
2 best wide receiver of all time man is amazing
I'm a die hard Packers fan. And Randy Moss is one of my favorite players ever. Even if he mooned the crowd at Lambeau
You should hear him tell the story of it form his side. It's hilarious and pretty innocent
i can see randy moss as a head coach
He is a good guy and greAt player

Most gifted, yes. Best, no.
best by a MILE. that man could catch anything and make any QB into a hall of famer (see daunte cullpepper). and this is coming from a packer fan
2:11 "What'd I do?"
Any debating him as a person needs to watch this
awesome video
Wish he and Tom had more time together.
Never knew about the first one cos the media make him look like a bad guy
thanks for the laughs.
I'll give credit for WRs who make plays on the field.
Yeah screw those ppl who say things about randy
His legs are so freaking long compared to his torso. The super freak randy moss.

Culpepper also had a devastating knee injury right after Moss left.

Athlete! Period
Oakland ^ his comment ... Tennessee If you even watched there games you would understand lmao .. and san fran he played max 2 plays a game -__- .. He was not brought in to be the #1 WR... Roll player to take the CB and Safety with him .. open up the field
They lied to us again. Wow

SO randy ?? lol
Randy vs jerry rice?
randy all day, rice was great but he didnt make one handed catches over 3 defenders.
mike anderson rice didn't have to catch the ball over 3 defenders because he was such a good rout runner. he could get open without being fast.
mike anderson rice didn't have to worry about cover defense because randy is the reason why cover defense was created lol
