It’s possible but it takes a lot of time and effort to get where they are now if I have any advice I say just take your time and don’t rush it I tried making more UA-cam videos but I quit doing it only bc I graduated high school and been trying to find a job but I’ve been thinking about coming back to UA-cam but just hadn’t been able too
I really enjoyed the Matthew Beem interview. He was extremely insightful to identify his car repair skills as a potential game changer to find his place. He has a great perspective and mindset. Very inspirational that will benefit any creator no matter their background.
Your UA-cam channel is absolutely amazing. The content you create is both entertaining and informative,Keep up the fantastic work, you're doing a fantastic job.Your hard work and dedication are truly inspiring. Keep shining and reaching new heights 🙏🏻
Crazy, i remember when he was trying to become part of faze, he seemed SUPER ambitious. I dont even remember how many followers he had, but it wasnt much. I knew he would make it all along.
This man is my insperation. When he said "I took out 60k to become a Mr. Beast clone" my jaw dropped. Possibly the smartest man I've ever seen. That's why he so well known now.
@@JTPlayingTunes Who said anything about not putting in the work?? This dude is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on videos and has teams of people working for him. Small creators don't have that. Small creators are competing against large corporations on UA-cam channels nowadays, with literally millions of dollars. Did you watch this video?? Do you know anything about UA-cam or the corporations that run a lot of the big channels?
Such a great interview with so many great stories! Mathew is an amazing story teller! Giving Mr. Beast a car!! Loved how cool he was about receiving it! And how the thumbnail changed his views! The Logan car!!! So much great info and how we wait to finish college, so we need to know that most online success takes time! That’s such a hard lesson to learn! I’m almost 400 videos in and still trying! Ha! Thank you for helping us improve our strategies!😊🌺🌷
Lovely channel that you have. I like the idea. I'd love to know how to make great cocktail like you shot on your video. Maybe a bit more on that e.g the Lemonade lavender video, but on an ASMR genre with faster pace, very close shots mix with your expression at the end with a close framed shot of the glass held near your face-on a short/TikTok it'd help to make a seamless loop video - on short type format and TikTok would help. And all thta w/ a bath of ligh (alot) cuz it's food related. Keep it up. I subscribed; I hope you reach your goal. Keep it up!
I'm going to call my own prejudgment. I always thought this guy was just a Mr beast want to be. Never even watched the channel. Didn't even know he is into cars. Definitely going to watch now. He is so badass. Freaking awesome. Very inspiring. Seems like such a down-to-earth and cool dude.
Tbh his interview makes me confused. I had much respect for Matthew and even felt some of the criticism to him is too harsh. For example, there was nothing wrong with retention editing and he was just not that good at editing at some point. This interview however, leaves an impression that Matthew was broke before becoming a UA-camr whereas I remember he had a luxury shoe collection as a teenager. Again there's nothing wrong with being a rich kid, it's just the contradiction of how his image is processed by an audience like me. Do small creators need to give away a whole car to succeed? Also, how privileged is it to take a $60000 loan for a hobby? No blame to the host or the guest, just some honest feedback for the video.

This interview made me like Matthew Beem a lot more as a person. Seeing his struggles of becoming a creator and his willingness to risk everything really shows his work ethic
I remember Matthew had DMed me the Mr Beast thumbnail when he was a tiny creator and I thought he was crazy. Watched him grow from nothing, pretty nuts story.
I do like your videos but in this particular one it felt like you kept rushing him to get the next sound byte you wanted, frequently cutting him off and not letting him talk. I'm not saying thats actually how it went down just that in this particular video, the edit presented had a rushed or impatient feeling to it.
20:00 let me tell you one thing that would blast the retention to 10000% if you started your video with *We are currently 15000 feet in the air and going to jump from this plane with no paratutes*
I respect the art. At the same time makes me sad people are reduced to rats hitting dopamine and the views is the main goal in of itself. These type of videos have 0 value 💁🏻♂️
Oh yeah, I've come across his channel, I think he has created the biggest and soulless UA-cam channel. So "optimized" and inhumane, could be made by an AI. Nice interview, Jon.
UA-cam is so lazy...listen to the guy saying how to do videos, its everything opposite how everyone in media has said for years....dont show let them use imagination...people are so lazy nowadays, even with watching tv it seems.
These interviews are fantastic and give serious thought to how I conceptualize and produce content - thank you.
Thank you! Credit to Matt for sharing so many great tips and stories 🔥
Couldn't agree more. The part about Mr Beast watching from the sideline made a big impact and is a bombshell of a point.

Matthew did no gatekeeping at all, very high value interview!
Yeah he shared soo many gems 🙏
I remember seeing this guy at 13,000 subscribers.. this guy has balls of steel

Thanks so much, means a lot!
Easily one of my favorite interviews so far. Surprisingly! I didn't expect to take the number one spot.

Interviews like this make it seem impossible for small creators to grow on this platform
Every big creator was small, if you dont put in the work why do you expect the big results? LOL

Maybe within the 'challenge' niche, but UA-cam is still accesible for basically everyone.
@@mok-mc Of course it is. I never said it wasn't.
That's why Mr Beasts rise is so good. His first purchase was a mic etc
Your content is incredibly useful and accurate. I loved every single of his tips. Thank you!!
150 intro takes! Ahh, I gotta step up from 2 big time 😂
every tip this guy says is the exact same as mrbeast word for word. scary.

My #1 question is HOW TF HE GET ALL THESE LOANS 😡 my credit is good but they won’t even give my Blk self 5k like geesh 🤣
Finallllllyy
When he was breaking down what not to do makes me realize how entitled and judgemental ppl are its insane
How did he get the loans with no credit ??? His parents had to co sign . Only way I see that happening.
