Thanks - good tip. Another thing that works for me is rolling new printfile sleeves between my fingers to open and loosen each slot.

Nice! Are there any way to prevent film from bending? The negatives were in capsules for a few years and now its bending, turning the printfile sheets into a papyrus.

Have done the same, a bit tedious though! Little film slicer cutter is handy too vs free hand with scissors.
