No that was a year before the tornado. But I’m not far from where that hit. Luckily far enough. Funny but not funny, idk if you can see it in recent videos but the monster sycamore tree at the low end of the track got struck by lightning last year… with me standing at most 15’ from the base. Craziest experience of my life. It wasn’t even raining yet. This year not one leaf on the entire tree and every time we get one of those humidity storms I jump even when the dog farts and I hide in the basement lol. I was pretty much struck by lightning just not a direct hit. My whole neighborhood said it was the loudest crack they have ever heard. I got blown on my ass as I watch the entire tree turn cherry red for like 20 seconds. It took me a day or so to go back out there. True story!
