Sir I have a question that’s happening now a days in Hon’ble High and Supreme Courts:
Can any one including the state govts can file a case against a Governor and / or President for non performance of their respective duties?
2.- Is it true that President has more powers than CJI of Hon’le SC? And Governor?
Recently we have seen state govts cases are filed against above two dignitaries.
Recent happenings reveal that SC seems more powerful than a state Governor.
As a lay man these doubts came into mind and kindly clarify. Thanks in advance. 🙏
