Once again I think it’s so WILD that people in the industry disrespected T-Pain constantly. Like I’ve heard so many stories of other artist being disrespectful to him and that shit just makes me sad because in my eyes T-Pain is one the greats. Shit is just weird to me.
It’s because T-Pain is just a normal ass dude. He might know the streets but he doesn’t put himself out there as a street dude, his whole persona is a fun loving square dude that watches anime, plays video games, and drinks…a lot. But as the saying goes hubris leads to downfall. Flip, Big Block etc. are examples of that.

@@odellfromdassipp to be fair to Lil Flip if a dude I never met before approach me that way talking goofy and not acting like he got some sense I would probably ignore him too thinking he was trying to play me like Im weak or I might think he high on drugs or something …u better introduce urself to me like a man first before u start playing wit me jokey jokey like that..
@@tonysnow2224 Well technically Joc was the mutual party introducing them so he was meeting him as Joc’s homie not a complete random and still played it that way. Could’ve have him a wassup and kept it moving but everything happens for a reason.
@@tonysnow2224 bet if it was a button up white dude Flip woulda shook his hand. Didn't even give pain a chance. Be your own people
Till this day this is my favorite T-Pain song. I love Joc he's always down to Earth.
the blank stare of confusion when they didn’t like the verse was funny af 😂
I respect Joc on him pointing out the real facts at the end of this video on how niggas start getting phony in the industry and why he doesn’t miss none of it💯
Wow missed opportunity from FLIP smh Pain was to exotic for Buddy😂
life lesson 101: you never know who will be what or do what That’s why you should always be decent to people giving you that energy 💯
naw everything is not for everybody remember that fam one hit for one person doesnt mean it would be a hit for another person . lil flip and joc really were complete different rappers no diss to joc but flip was a different animal on that mic . remember joc in this interview kind of explained why that song was a big hit and was meant for him with that autotuned finger snap club music which was really trendy at the time . Flip was never really that guy if you listen to him even his mainstream hits felt unnatural because he was a legit underground rapper first
I"m actually surprised by this story, because for the past 20 years Lil Flip has been one of THE most polite and obliging artists I've ever met. Way before VladTV I was interviewing him for my DVD's, and he was always cool with me. There must have been something else going on that day.
here comes this dude Vlad tryna stir the coffee
@@timoaksproductions stir stir
No vlad, there was nothing else on that day to reject the man’s handshake. No excuses
@@vladtv man STFU before Rico Ross crew fuck u up again 😂😂😂
@@bigmoneymoose4644 it's just not something Flip would have done tho. He had to been in a dark place at the time.
That Lil Flip story sound about right… He could’ve made millions Collaborating with T-Pain. And that show he’s talking about in Dallas, I was definitely there for the show and the after party and at the time T Pain wasn’t as known yet as artist like Jeezy, TI, Flip and Joc. It was so many hot artist in the building it was crazy that night. I’m just shocked he remembered that night bc anybody who was at that after party will never forget it. I even think BMF was in the building that night in Dallas. That’s how I know Joc telling the truth 😅
Joc gets credit for the only T-Pain impression I've seen and it's pretty spot on too 😂😂😂
Joc was that dude when I was in high school 05-08
This is the first time where I’m willing to wait for the full interview to drop
I have enjoyed this JOC series very much. Very level headed person. Smart 💯
I always thought Young Joc needed more exposure. He got talent and personality. He keeps it 100 !
This man's impressions of other people are spot on! Multi talented
“Put’er theeeeeeeeere” T-Pain funny as hell boy. Nigga in a top hat talmbout put’er there 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I remember being at the club and the dj played this. My girl immediately grabbed me to the dance floor and start dancing on me crAzy lol I was 20 then. 😂😂😂
That was a good ass night I bet! 😂💪🏽
Those were the good times when this jam was released fa'sho. 💯
@@kyotijhan3456 lmao 🤣 man say less you already know 🤣💯💪🏾

@@righteousmasculine Facts I don't feel the same I was 19 going on 20 at the time . I haven't really been out since 2014 . Just getting a little to old for now I leave to my little homies now.
Bro, his imitation of T-Pain is SPOT ON 😭😭
also it seems everybody that disrespects T-Pain, especially if they were a rapper, kicked them selves in the ass.
Joc has quickly become a favorite person of mine!! He’s a solid dude
I hope he helping T Pain as much as he can.
Flip let his ego get in the way and missed out on hit records…not to mention t-pain is still dropping hit records in the pop industry
Undeniable hit record. I wanna hear what Joc’s original verse was sounding like though 😂
Wuda made for a great remix I’m sho
Loved every bit of this mane !! perfect way to turn a negative situation into a positive 💯💪🏾
Every time I hear Yung Joc he remind me of that song "knock it out" and I just chuckle. Those were the good ole days
Buy you a drink is one of my FAVORITE songs, I love that song... still blast that song.
Don’t ever do that “ omg I love it” again joc 😂😂
😂💀💀💀
These impressions are great 🤣
This is turning into a top tier interview
That record will forever be a hit it goes crazy in the club
That's why you have to treat people right. You never know the blessings that will come back around.
This one of Vlad best interviews 👌🏾
Partly because he wasn’t present…
When two real folks keep it real. Big ups to t pain and joc.
Me, my mom, and my lil brother would always sing along when *Buy You A Drank* dropped.
“Ahhhhh put it there” That’s some T-Pain shit. 😂😂😂
