Not really missing out on much by not watching either Selena the movie or the netflix series. It's fluffed with bs from A.B and doesn't portray what was really going on on top of some events being changed for whatever reason. A.B did say some events were told at different times than when they really happened. But that could honestly just to be able to fit them in since it would be more difficult to show the exact timeline for movie / series sake. And that I don't fault him for.

She drew 100% attention to her at all times, not because she wanted it that way, but because she was IT. Her look, smile, attitude, character, dancing, singing stage presence, and contact with everyone made you keep your eyes on her. The morning after her concerts in Laredo, her family and her would always have breakfast at the same restaurant and people would gather around for pictures and autographs and she never turned anyone away. Always friendly, smiling and conversational. Truly a down to earth person with a great laugh.

Maybe one of the first times I saw it was from across the street from out hotel. It was a cold and rainy day. As I looked down, I told my wife, Selena is by herself in the cold and rain. It was emotional and the thought brought my wife to tears. Many have come to tears when they see her beautiful statue.
She exudes Joy and humbleness. What a beautiful young lady inside and out. It's a damn shame what happened to her she did not deserve that😢❤❤ she already had wings on her ankles. Now she also has them on her back❤😊 and above her beautiful black mane there's a Halo 🌹 Rest in peace Tejana, we miss you deeply❤
