personally i see her as the best caster and its not such an underrated opinion, while eyja s3 does more dps its much more restricted and while ling s3 with her module is pretty good shes restricted by order of placment and taunt units like mylnar. she got res ignore and global range, her dps can be overall better then both in some situations which are much more common. she shines most in is/sss and less in cc but casters rarelly had a place there anyways
