s bus more convenient than Narita Express Train if we have a large luggage? Less walking and easy to for them to load a luggage for you I suppose.
If travel time is a low priority, taking the bus is recommended.

The first train is at 5am. From then on, every 10 to 20 minutes.

To temporarily store your luggage, you can use a coin locker or use JAL's baggage storage service (charges apply).

From Tokyo Yaesu South Exit, the first bus departs at 5:00 and the last at 19:30.

I researched late-night and early-morning buses, but couldn't find one that would arrive at Narita Airport at 3am. I think it's better to stay at a hotel near the airport or take a taxi.

The earliest bus is at 5:00 a.m., followed by 5:20, 5:40, and 5:50.

yes. It's true.A bus named Keisei Bus runs from Kasai Station to Narita.

According to the official website, reservations are currently not being accepted. However, it runs every 10 minutes, so you don't have to make a reservation.（0:58 )

There are several coin lockers at the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station. In addition, there are several "baggage storage services" where you can receive luggage from dedicated staff.

Cannot be used on express bus route sections.

They only take one luggage ? What if i have more than one?
