If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend taking a taxi. In that case, I think a wagon taxi is better. I don't think there will be any traffic jams, but please be aware that traffic accidents can cause major traffic jams.
The Access Express is the fastest from Oshiage（50 minutes to Terminal 1）, but the Access Express does not require a limited express ticket, so even if you don't buy it online in advance, it's better to buy a regular ticket on the day of the ride.

do you know how to get to Tokyo station from Ginza at 6AM?
Ginza is very close to Tokyo, so it takes 10-15 minutes on foot. If it is early in the morning, a taxi is recommended.
