Ingredients
For Paneer kofta -
250 grams paneer
1 tbsp Corn flour
1 tsp Finely chopped ginger
1 tsp Finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp Jeera powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chopped fried cashew nuts
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
Little oil to grease steamer
For gravy
1 cup diced white pumpkin
½ cup tomato cut into 1 by 2
2 nos green chillies
¼ cup coriander root
Muslin cloth to tie masala
5 nos green cardamom
1 nos black cardamom
2 nos cinnamon
4 nos cloves
2 nos bay leaf
1 inch ginger crushed
10 cloves peeled garlic
2 nos sliced onion
½ cup soaked cashew nuts
1 tsp kasoori methi
2 tbsp ghar ka safed makkhan
2 tbsp refined oil
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 Tsp deghi mirch powder
