Reshmi Paneer:
Paneer -100 gms
Tomato - 1
Capsicum - 1
Onion - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Fresh cream -2 tbsp
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Creamy Paneer:
Paneer -100 gms
All purpose flour(maida)- 2 tbsp
Butter -2 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 4
Black pepper -11/4 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cheese slice - 1
Milk - 1/2 cup
Chilli garlic Paneer :
Paneer - 100 gms
Dry red chilli -6
Garlic cloves - 10
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Onion-1
Curry leaves
Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp(optional)
Cooking oil -3 tbsp
South Indian Style Paneer -
Paneer - 100 gms
mustard seeds -1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10
Green chilli - 1
Onion-1
Tomato - 1
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Curry leaves
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -3 tbsp
Masala Paneer bhurjee:
Paneer (crumbled)- 100 gms
Green chilli -2
Garlic cloves -4
Onion-1
Tomato -1
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp

Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Slat to taste
Cooking oil -3 tbsp
Instant Chilli paneer:

Spring onion - 1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
vinegar -1/2 tsp
Red chilli sauce -1/2 tsp
