I just stumbled onto this message and it really brought me comfort. Every question that I was about to ask, Dean Braxton gave me the answer. God is faithful, thank you, Jesus, and thank you for the word. Thank you CC Tri-cities.
I really love Jesus. When I was a child I spent a lot of time in the hospital and eventually had a kidney transplant. Over the years Jesus has done an excellent job showing me how much he loves me. I've encountered His love in amazing ways. Truthfully with all that said I have been anxious over death and eternity. I know I'm going to heaven because of Jesus but still experienced attacks of fear. I read in the Bible where it says his perfect love cast out fear. In prayer a few nights ago The Lord led me to this video. What our Lord showed Dean Braxton caused all fear to leave me instantly. The way he told of how much the Father and Jesus love us made me fall in love with Jesus all over again! I am so thankful.
1 Peter 1:3-9 "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God’s power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith-of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire-may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls." Ephesians 1:13-14 " And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession-to the praise of his glory."
That was so good. Especially the end when I could hear those people praying to Jesus. I'm not exactly a crying person, but I literally have tears of joy for those people. "Even so, come Lord Jesus."
This is the 3rd time I listened to Dean, I love his testimony. I was dead a while in 1969, didn't have the same experience but in dreams in later years I did go to heaven just after a near fatal accident, my dead father requesting my presence (I hated my Dad, from a alcoholic house, now I am better with it) but my Dad loved me even though couldn't say it. There was another time where I visited my cat and he spoke to me, you now they have jobs! I can't get over how much he loves me. When not if my faith wanes and it does, He renews it so I can't claim faith or even obedience (which I thought I could claim). I will back to listen to Dean again, not a bad memory, I just want a reminder that His love is particular to me.
@@jamesmcgill506 What did your cat say? I'm currently praying for a miracle-that God would resurrect and return my cat (I'm standing on the scriptures that nothing is too hard for the Lord and that He can do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or imagine).
@@daughterofgod3721 My cat named Leo proudly showed me afgans that he weaved from cat fur yarn. It sounds nuts but everyone has a job in heaven and that was his. Our other cat (we have several) named Heather died of cancer and I felt I should have been more attentive during her last days. My wife had a dream that Heather said I will return to you. Later we got a ginger kitten and that the same mannerisms of Heather so we named her Heather (still alive and well today, 17 years later). Not the same as the old Heather but pretty close. Stand in faith and Our Lord will answer you.
@@jamesmcgill506 That's wonderful about your cat weaving afghans! Yes, I am standing in faith-please pray too, if you would, that the Lord would swiftly return my cat! The Lord miraculously healed this cat of mine multiple times from substantial ailments and also returned him to me when he went missing for nearly 3.5 years (he lived on his own in an area with little water and lots of coyotes, owls, hawks, bobcats, mountain lions, and more). I'm struggling with why the Lord would put me through something so painful (seeing him get sick and die) and not answering my prayer-so that's why I'm standing in faith for redemption, for resurrection. God bless you, dear brother in Christ!
The joy in our hearts become proven by Dean Braxton's story. The Love, we who are the Body of Christ, the Love we feel for Jesus is part of our being. This story is just a verification of what we have known all along. My heart jumps with joy when I think of meeting our Jesus face to face. I fall deeper and deeper in love with him daily, and I cry to go home at times. We who belong to him, know this deep love. But we must remember all those who are still here in the world, who do not know him. As Jesus said, the Harvest is ripe, but the Laborers are few. Let's all labor daily for him, remembering to pray and ask him where he wants us to work. Not all of us are preachers, or can verbalize our feelings like we would want. But remember Moses, who couldn't speak either, God used him greatly. May he use us too.
Great testimony. Romans 10: 9If you confess the Lord Jesus with your mouth and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
God IS love - so what is the condemnation and judgment of guilt and punishment, abuse, imprisonment, false accusations, we maybe receiving from family, friends, co-workers, employers or pastors while on earth? If we don't have loving relationships here on earth, it is difficult to remember God's love.
I don’t remember Jesus saying it would be easy in the Bible did you? In fact he said it WOULD be harder not easier. All throughout the scripture it talks about questioning God about his decisions, He doesn’t answer and when He does He said my ways aren’t your ways. It isn’t all unicorns and rainbows you will be tested. It’s not about us it’s about Him. We such selfish animals we always think the Bible is all about us. News Flash....IT ISNT! It’s about Him and His glory and His kingdom. We just get to partake in it if we wish. Job, Habakkuk is good material on this. Knowing and having a real relationship with Jesus will get you through any of life’s hardships.
This is NOT the real world, we were made - before the sin of Adam and eve, as perfect human beings, and made to live eternally...we were made in God's image. Because of sin we are stuck physically in this sinful world until, as a Christian, we are joined in a perfect Heaven with our perfect God !! As a Christian, this world is not our home, we are only passing through!! As Christians we are IN this world but NOT of it - and praise GOD 🙌- we have a better home waiting for us !

True. This guy describes a lot of LDS heaven and theology: animals have spirits and go to heaven, the bible cannot contain all works of God for he is all mighty, family is united in heaven.
Dean I appreciate your testimony but I'm confused as to why in this talk you state that you were in God's presence as soon as you died when that's not true according to your many other testimonies including in your book. You traveled at a terrific speed through deep darkness watching prayers of the saints pass you by. This took "a while." I don't know how long it felt to you but you've been clear that it took some time. Now you tell this church that you were in heaven in the twinkling of an eye and then tell them that while you were on your way there, you saw prayers like shooting stars shoot to heaven faster than you were going. It must be rather confusing to them. I really want to share your testimony with some folks but they don't believe this stuff and will look for any inconsistencies to discredit you. Please don't sloppily say things that you know aren't true. You're testimony is great and you're better than that.
The spirit is confusing to the natural mind. We shouldn't expect to understand how the spiritual world works if were going to filter it through our natural minds. It's very possible that his story is completely consistent, yet completely incomprehensible to our natural minds.
pretty hard to hold everything together especially since linear time seems to vanish once you take leave of the body. imagine coming back and trying to explain things? it very well could seem simultaneously things happened in the twinkling of and eye. and yet at the same time things appear to take time. Often times when I've had supernatural experiences I cant tell details in linear systematic fashion. there are things you see and feel that are difficult to articulate. kudos for him for even trying.
@@walterbudd7542 I didn't hear it either. But I think I heard him say in another video that hell is going to be destroyed. It bothered me, but I can't find that again. If I do, I'll come back here and let you know. Puzzling, isn't it? Maybe @Damo G could clear this up since they heard it.
