This is the first Kundalini meditation I ever tried and the only one I continue to do! It is absolutely an incredible and brings on whole body healing sensations. I feel so in touch with my divine self during and after this meditation! Seriously elevating mentally and physically!
Yo this meditation was CRAZY. I haven't meditated in awhile so I wasn't expecting much. About halfway through I went into a deep state and had visualizations and my body felt super heavy. I felt like my heart was racing too but kept trying to relax through it. But I had to jolt myself awake just to make sure. When I went back in I felt a bunch of heavy energy working it's way down from my heart chakra to my feet and it just kinda stayed there. My feet felt like cement. When I woke up I felt a little disoriented. But I'm excited to try again tomorrow!
When I activated from the years ago, I was scared and shook it off. Bright lights and vibrating and heat be careful and fearless if you a rookie. This one works.
I love this meditation. It's the first one I used regularly, and, today, when I was struggling because my heart felt so heavy it hurt, I used it to bring me back to center.
I was enjoying it whenever I didn’t have to keep skipping ads. Would rather watch them all before the meditation starts than multiple ads making it difficult to stay in the flow.
This was truly a life-changing beautiful, healing experience... allowing me to let go of doubt fear unworthiness and open up to PURE love peace joy and healing. Thank you for this wonderful gift. ❤
The last thing you want in the middle of your meditation is an ad. You have to remove your eye mask and headphones to hit skip ad,but after all that, the relaxed feeling is gone away. Three ads and I'm barely 15 minutes in... I give up on this one. It otherwise sounded good.
Good meditation. I saw trough my third eye for parts of it and I could really sense receiving the light. Could also hear my heart beating trough most of it.
This is the most beauriful and efective guided meditation i have experienced ever. I am very disapointed because the creator only has one meditatation uploded on the channel. You did a great job! I don't know you're circumstances or reasoning but the meditation you created shows great talent! I look forward to hearing you're future meditation!

this is a great meditation from kelly Howell, I motmally listen this medittion in brain sinc channel theres is not interruptions, firts time I do a meditation with 4 adds interruptions. Not only you are getting profit from somebody’s work, but also damaging other time meditations with all this interruptions
Ads in the middle of this should be illegal….. Experiencing some of the highest levels of elevation I ever have, and then it gets thrown out the window:(( put 5 ads at the beginning! But please don’t throw them in the middle.

Stop complaining and be greatful if you don't want commercials then pay for a subscription duh. And also it's nit the person making this videos fault you got commercials in between your free meditation because you don't want to pay $12 a month for tons of great UA-cam content.
Ads are fine before and after a meditation but you can't have them in the middle. I don't want to hear about buying property during a meditation plus you have to come out of it to skip. Not great for relaxation.

Meditation is working like magic, the way to overcome the advertising is to keep breathing till the meditation video comes back up. It's an easy and effective way to wake up your Kundalini energy
