Community Link Worker service with NHS Highland

Through social prescribing, we're improving health outcomes for people experiencing stressors in their lives due to social problems that could lead to poor mental health.
Change Mental Health is working in partnership with NHS Highland to deliver this service across Highland within 29 GP surgeries.
