Some of the best drone camera work I've ever seen!
New pick up technique at 8:19. Looks like the driver holds out an inner tube on a short section of rope that is easy for the swimmer to grab and it swings him around onto the ski. Looks fast and effective, very slick.

Great drone work, and the interaction teamwork the ski’s and the riders was top notch. As someone who used to be a volunteer surf lifeguard back in the mid 1970’s in St Ives bay Cornwall I have great respect for those guys getting hammered by what are small waves by Nazare standards…….

0:58 perfect. that entry going to yield someone wave of the year on a macking day... and a lot of pain for most where the wave doesnt stay open. I dont watch everything Nazare, but a lot, and that is the best line I've seen there.... y'know, from here on my sofa 🙄

Are drones still very loud? I imagine this would pester me on a wave, is this something these riders are cool with? Crazy nice shots
