For me it isn’t really like this. Don’t yk the worms when u run ur eyes too much? For me, that is basically all over for like 20 mins and then goes away. Then the headache comes. And the nausea and the hunger and the tiredness

Not completely true. You won't get this spot on your vision in 100% of cases. There are different kinds of migraines: with and without aura. This is the one with aura, without aura is just severe headache
