Informative interview and we learned some techniques during interview
1) During answer focus on all panel
2) first understand question and then give answer in calm manner.
3) if we have knowledge regarding the question which was asking then simply say sorry besides giving a wrong answer.

As far as the interview is concerned, both the panel and the interviewee were full of knowledge and relevance at par excellence.
Besides, the questions asked were perfectly selected so as to inquire whether or not the candidate was well-prepared to welcome and respond to such a diverse areas. This makes me happy that those qualifying the written part of CSS are genuinely well-read and well-positioned to address a question is manner rightful of them.

@@addanaaron2505 those type of questions are actually more challenging not stupid but they really try to know whether you are a serious aspirant or not, whether you are in for the power and privilege or for the dignity and betterment of your nation. If anything is stupid here it is you, thinking that they are imposing their personal opinions on the interviewee, it's not like CSS jaha interview mai ghar ke rishte nikal kar beta beta ka dhol baja rahe hain! Answers ratta maar maar kar bole jaa rahe hain, those questions judge your personality, for God's sake it's a personality test, not viva voce jo hum 12th class mai dete the!

After watching it i want to bring here a little bit difference of css and upsc.
In upsc interview there are mostly personal questions as candidates are examined in first 2 phases of exam whether in css here are questions related to every aspects that is better to take persons who are much qualified not by the certificates but by the science gk or every subject.

I met Mr. Jawad before watching this interview. He graduated from Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology University Of Punjab Lahore. I’m currently doing Chemical Engineering degree from this Institute. I attended his Seminar on how to ready for CSS? Such a Humble personality

the interview must be in urdu as well cx we are to deal with our Pakistani people not with the white people as far as english is considered it should also be there just to test the speaking and understanding skills of the aspirant and His interview was super amazing His confidence flow knowledge eth was amazing but there should be a female interviewer as well and questions should mostly be asked from the subject which an aspirant selects🌸🌸 Again His interview Is Wholesome 🌼

I found that in Indian civil services interview is more focused on personality rather than knowledge which is already checked in prelims and mains process .but Pakistani css interview is more focused on knowledge .. and thats why curruption high in Pakistani bureucracy. ..we too legacy of curruption but we have been taken positive step to ics reformed. In ics aspirants get opportunity to give interview in 22 regional laguage recognise by our constitution .rathe in adapt ' English Babu culture '.
actually corruption is everywhere. No govt can stand up and say that our machinery is free from corruption but what the difference between India's way of C and Pakistani way is that we have media and other PR firms who can change the narrative around India's way of C and bhikhari Pakistani govt can afford such firm although their politician, army generals are millionaire and billionaire
Pakistan's css has a separate personality and psychology test. This interview is meant to test how the candidate conducts themselves in social environement.
