    It doesn’t work for me if I’m laying in the bed or on the couch for a nap, I’ll end up sleeping for almost 2 hours sometimes. If I’m sitting at a desk working and I get super tired I can put my head down and sleep for 15 min and when I wake I actually do feel more energy to work Alhamdulillah

      It never works for me at all as well. Minimum is 3-4 hours for me. I'll try the sleep-at-desk inshallah.

    They say that if you want to wake up rested you have to complete one sleepcycle. And that is about 90 minutes. There is a site called sleepcalculator where you can check what time you should be waking up if you want to do a power napp or if you want to wake up after a couple of sleepcycles.
    It does kind of work. And it makes sense Because you are not waking up in the middle of the heavy sleep called remsleep.

    Power nap does work Alhamdulillah. However, it needs to be light sleep- around 20 min or less. I've had good ones lying back for a nap anywhere from 2 min- 20 min. Sometimes I have a few seconds and im revitalised. Just don't go into the deep sleep phase which scientifically starts I think around 25-30 min after falling asleep.

      It’s most likely on their channel AMAU or connected channels, Im not sure.
      But even the videos you can find from years ago on AMAU are so informative and amazing!
