Many people might question how they can handle this much. The truth is clear for us - Allah has placed Barakah in their time. Let us start with one Juz and stay true to Allah and He shall place barakah in our time.

Living in the northern countries and western countries, this can be an issue for many Muslims. In the Summer Fajr can be as early as 3am. And most children go to state school, as can't afford private islamic schools, start at 9am. In the Winter it is okay as Fajr is around 7am, so don't need to go back to sleep. As for children going to full-time Madrasa, islamic school or living in a Muslim country then it's easier for children and adults
Barakah in their time. The salaf like Imam Abu Hanifa would recite the whole Qur'an every night in Qiyaamul Layl. That doesn't sound possible but Allah had made it so. I'm getting similar vibes here. May Allah swt accept from us Ameen
As salam wa eleikoum sheikh, at what time do your kids and yourself go to sleep at night? Isha can be pretty late...how your kids handle this? BarakAllah ou fikoum and may Allah preserve your family
If you're in the upper northern hemisphere then its difficult to stay up after fajr in the spring/summer months. The times vary drastically throughout the year.
Asalamualaykum maa shaa Allah, Allahumma baarik My question is, how is not sleeping after fajr achievable during those times when fajr salah is around 2am and ishai is around 11pm in the UK. How do you manage tahajjud as well Jazakumullahu khairan
I think it really comes down to time management and discipline start early finish and do ur work if u study there was a period of time in my last year of high school fajr was at 3:30am I would have to wake up at 3 to make sure I was productive
Wa alaikum salam wa rahmatullahi wa barkatuhu. Tough question to answer. But the time after Fajr is really the best when you want to memorize something. Even when you want to plan some things. First hand experience. Alhamdulillah.
I don’t think they live here, because when I went to a Muslim country the times are very consistent for prayer and there’s enough time to sleep after isha. But in the west is completely different, what I do to balance it out is just go back to sleep or take a nap it’s the sunnah as well
Can you please help me and my son memorize Quran please? Be my mentor. Allah told me in my dreams to name my son Dhul~Qurnayn so now it is Zulqurnayn. I had many dreams, Allah and angels speak with me. Please help ustad, my next assignment is to memorize Quran
How fast does one have to read to be able to read Baqarah Al Imran and Nisa 5 times each? I looked up one sheikh who read baqarah in 1 hour and 27 min and the other 2 surahs in 50min mark, so if they wake up at 4:30 and read until 7 all 3 of these surah 2 times then they must reed 2 times faster than that sheikh, is fast reading allowed? I am genuinely asking! I am amazed how this brother and his children are reading quran so much, and I have white jealousy and I am happy to see a brother this dedicated
There is a type of recitation called “Hadr” that is permitted by scholars. It means you read fast, but not so fast that you ruin your tajweed. If you do Hadr, you finish a Juz between 25-30 minutes. This means that one can do 5 Juz in roughly 2.5 hours.
Say Allah humma barik Reading the Quran quickly with the intention of completing it multiple times in a short period, such as five times in a week, is permissible like you would do in Ramadan to reap the rewards. Imam Al-Nawawi and other scholars mentioned that it is permissible to recite the Quran quickly (tahqeeq) as long as the person maintains the correct pronunciation and does not skip any of the letters or words. (At-Tibyan fi Adab Hamalat al-Quran)
Its because of the barakah placed in that time. I have noticed it myself, alhamdulillah I am a student of knowledge myself and whenever I study during tahajjud time or after fajr etc I am always baffled as to how I managed to finish so much.
Not sure. Ustadh Tim Humble's kids do homeschooling. So maybe Ustadh Abdur Rahman's kids also do homeschooling. Never asked him this. Will ask if we get a chance. In sha Allah
