I believe that the guy with the sign was talking about a character named "Rachnera Arachnera," and the manga/anime he was talking about is called "Monster Musume: Everyday Life With Monster Girls." This anime is also known as "Daily life with a Monster Girl"
Also, the reason it needed to be blurred out is because (probably as the artist intended) most of the artwork made on this manga (from both the artist himself as well as the community) is borderline nsfw content, with the remainder actually being nsfw content.

Great Vid! By the way, you seemed confused as to the reason the pyro died at 3:22; it’s a strange quirk of the manntreads where damage can be transferred. If a soldier with manntreads is standing on an enemy player and an enemy soldier with manntreads lands on them, the lower soldier will take no damage, and instead the person he stands on will take twice the damage of the manntreads. This actually stacks too (e.g: in a with a 2 soldier stack the person they are standing on takes 3x damage when a third soldier lands on top).
