As much as I wanted to be sad that Sir Pentious “died” I couldn’t help but laugh my ass off when he just got disintegrated 💀
Fr
I was more sad when Adam died....hope he comes back
@@tonyspizza6606I don't. He got what he deserved.
I was like "THAT'S IT?" I thought his death would be more grand
@@UnskilldGamr Sameee 😭 it genuinely caught me off guard
I'm crying poor Sir Pentious 😭😭 I'm glad he's in heaven now
Angelic Pentious is such an adorable baby ❤ I loves him.
he was a true chad
I'm so proud of him.😊💕
As soon as I saw he got redeemed I just sobbed like a baby 😭
@@Candy_Creeper I cried, too! I’m so proud of him getting up there…
Honestly Sir Pentious looks like he's dressed as Napoleon Bonaparte
THATS WHAT I WAS THINKING
I'm waiting for the edits
@BadChildUnit.lol
To Paraphrase Mr Lunt from Veggie tales "I thought he looked like Captain Crunch"
@@samtidwell7598domenesquejemapelldumenponjetesku 😢
If Lilith is in Heaven, that not only makes her a villain, but a sellout! It also means she's unlikely to be the one holding Alastor's leash, so I suspect Eve or Roo to be the one holding it.
How can Lilith do this? I thought she genuinely loved Lucifer…
@@SweetOrangeGirl I thought she at least cared about Charlie for her power and would act like a Dagmar to bring out Charlie's dark side, but this... Such a letdown.
@@quincyconnors9391 I agree. Perhaps we’ll get more about this in the next season?
@@SweetOrangeGirl Because at the end of the day it could be that Lilith ultimately cares about her own wants and desires over anyone else. Remember, both she and Adam were created at the same time as equals... so why should Adam be the only bad one?
Adam was the stereotypical Toxic Man; Brash, Arrogant, Controlling, Aggressive, Violent, etc. Lilith could be the stereotypical Toxic Female: Self-absorbed, narcissistic, manipulative, emotionally abusive. It could very well be that she just does what she wants and then leaves when she's bored, which could be what happened between her and Lucifer. She had a good amount of time with him, started a family... but come on, you can't expect a girl to stay tied down! She has to be free to do whatever she wants at any time with no restrictions! So eventually she decided she was done playing with her boy-toy and being mom, and now her ex-husband and daughter are just dead weight to her.
Of course this is speculation. We could find out that Lilith is in fact the ultimate force for Good or something... but I hope that's not the case because that would be incredibly predictable.
@@quincyconnors9391Wait how is Lilith a letdown in your eyes?
The fact that Alastor was annoyed that he almost died for the Hotel just shows how he truly cares about Charlie and the others. The scene with Nifty reainforces this, and I find that so touching.
Nah, didn’t you see the end. It’s clearly something evil, that why he’s said sorry to disappoint that’s not how this ends, he was basically saying “yall thought I was settling? Nah I’m getting out of this deal and when I do everyone’s getting it”
@@bjwill9047 He did say he wanted to guide Charlie a certain way and I figured it was for nefarious purposes.
@@SweetOrangeGirl oh yeah absolutely, when I heard the song with no visual I was like “wait was he good now?” But then with the actual show I saw his face and his squinting eyes and I was like “yeah no he clearly cooking some devious shit”
@@bjwill9047 Yep! I feel like he’s ready to wreak more havoc.
I think he definitely cares in some form. He might still have mysterious plans but he definitely enjoys the company of the cast. Over time he began to spend more time with them and being more openly encouraging. He takes advantage when he can but he definitely likes them. We'll just have to see what Alastor's deal with Charlie entails.
For Sir Pentious' death, Vizie kinda gave this away, so it didn't hit as hard as it should have. Also, I kinda wish Sir Pentious actually did something to Adam before being Frieza'd. Like the blast injured Adam's wing or even lightly grazed/singed him if you wanna keep the jokey death in tact
I think Adam says something like "that could have been bad" when he zaps him, so its at least implied that he could have hurt Adam if he was more distracted
He did. He was redeemed thanks to him
Adam ended up helping the thing he was against
@@connorgibes709im just laughing so much the way he’s shooting stuff everywhere and then a big death ray comes like something is going to happen, and then he just randomly shoot that too
Pentious did do something after he died he motivated Charlie to bring out Razzel,Dazzel, and her full demon form changing the tides of the battle
nah man, I think a lot of tv shows down play the finale big bad and that to me, was always a problem. Having the head exterminator struggle with a random demon after flooring probably hte most powerful overlord would be wierd.
I am not a power rankings guy, but the exermination is the whole problem of season1. Masking it barely an inconvenience would be bad.
Two things were priceless in these episodes:
1. Anything to do with Alastor
2. Sera's face when Pentious winds up in Heaven
EDIT: Sweet unholy mother of Pearl Harbor this is my highest upvoted and replied comment EVER.
3. The adorable 'Squee' Emily does when Pentious shows up
It was that moment sera realised she fucked up(I still like her though)
Her eyes where saying “Holy shit it actually worked” without words
Alastor sounded like he was going crazy for being on a leash, which was a cool ass scene!
@@ethanaterrandomAgreed. The first time we've seen him unravel and giving us a glimpse of what more is going on behind that smile.
Alastor seemed VERY confident that he was stronger than Adam. I wonder why he was so sure. He was so shocked when he almost got beat that he lost his radio filter, and that rarely happens. I'd love to hear theories about that. I was a little mad that nobody seemed to look for him or worry about him after the battle was over, and then he just showed up in the last scene and there was almost no reaction from anybody.
i mean the no reaction is probably due to the fact that majority of the main cast (besides a few) still feel like they dont truly know him and how to feel about him. he doesn't typically hang with them, appears creepy, and his motives are unclear, so they dont really have a close bond with him (yet?)
@@liss777.And I think none of them thought that he'd actually die
Bros too cocky
Alastor said it in episode 7. A smile masks all even when not in control.
He probably put on all that bravado but truth is he was the only power aside from Lucifer who stood a chance against Adam. Well maybe Charlie but really she’s no fighter. Allastor probably knew he would be buying time and if he did any damage that’s just a bonus.
There actually was a reaction when he showed back up. Charlie, Vaggie, Nifty, etc. all smiled excitedly and hugged him when they saw he was back, while Lucifer said “oh not this guy”
The way he got zapped was TOO good. Because it was rushed i didnt really feel anything for sir pentious. BUT VOX. DAYUM. VOX COULDNT SHUT UP AND I WAS ALL HERE FOR IT
Vox was being annoying, tbh.
@@SweetOrangeGirlI found it very amusing ngl, he helped brighten the mood
I spent the rest of the episode mourning him I'm gonna be honest lmao, I went through all five stages of grief and then bro reappeared
Vox is everything lol I just hate how, after Charlie & the gang win the battle, the Vees want to swoop in and "rise up." I mean, it's a good villain move, but I hate it lol
@@lynnsundropthey already lowkey ruled hell and now they can go to the next level, I think mainly Vox is going to be a huge role in season 2
I love how sir pentious gets a very happy emily and a very shocked sera
I'm hoping Season 2 will have a bit of Heaven trying to keep the Battle of the Hotel under wraps while figuring out what type of shitshow happened. Is Adam's blast the reason why Pentious in heaven now or is redemption actually possible? Will a better kind of angelic weapon be developed that only works on sinners? Will Lute fall? Will Michael return to the front lines?
the squeek killed me
@@BeeruzChrysler Well so long as its not with angelic weapons, sinners can respawn after being killed.
SINNERS CAN BE REDEEMD
If absolutely nothing else, it’s a great way to shut Sera’s self-righteous mouth - she’s got a lot to explain before the council of Heaven and I can just see her getting tossed out on her ass once they realize just how much she fucked up with these exterminations…
I was sobbing when Pentious died, but he deserved that place in heaven more than anyone
I really want him to meet Molly. The interactions would be hilarious!
I busted out laughing I’m so sorry
sir pentious redemtion was glorious, he went out as a war hero, angels have now to accept that demons can get into heaven and seraphs look on her face was priceless
Emily looks so happy that the hotel works
@@SutaFokusu Id definitely love if we get an episode or two of Sir Pentious and Emily working together to try and contact Charlie, with Sera and Lute trying to stop them maybe.
@@Gamer_G33kThat plot would fit so well for one of the first s2 episodes
If those good news get to Charlie, it's gonna break the entire status quo of heaven and hell, and Lute and Lilith definitely don't want that
@@Gamer_G33k They probably will! Emily did promise Charlie that she would think of something afterall. But her idea of helping was dissapproved by Sera. But now that Sir Pentious is there, she is not alone and they can work together.
I also hope that if Sir Pentious can make contact with Hell again, him and Cherri can have more moments together. Cherri seems to be more interested in him, at least sexually (?), and Sir Pentious deffinetly deserves some more time with her after everything :]
I also hope that Charlie and Emily can reunite to come up with a plan too :D
Methinks the Sera is about to get a pink slip handed to her by the council of Heaven for that botched extermination…
If you pay attention to the bottom of the screen when Katie Killjoy is talking on the news it literally breaks the fourth wall and asks about season 2's release.
Oooo that's a great catch!!
I noticed it a few days ago
Pentious died like a real snake rest in peace
a true chad
I've seen many snakes get fucking de-atomized by a angel lord in a blimp
@@a_crocodile crocodile what are you doing here?!
Bro survived a gangbang without breaking up one of his limbs and shit.
He is the real goat for that
Lillith had a deal with Adam thats done because he died, it was probably to seek asylum in heaven, thats how I interpret the ending scene.
@@mr-lemur no it said in the episode that she was with adam and now that he was dead she had to do something
Lute said "your deal is done, Adam is dead" I interpret it as Lilith made a deal with Lute, Lute gets the leadership while Lilith has Adam killed for what he did to her. How did she made a deal, though...
@@defonotmaggno.. alastor is not more powerful than Lilith
@@defonotmagg Lilith is the husband of Lucifer, she can strike the deals herself, but to have an angel with high enough status striking that deal... That's pretty cunning.
It's probable that she made a deal to hide out in heaven Just so she can avoid anyone trying to find her. We don't know what her motivations or her plans are. I mean, if she is planning the downfall of heaven and doesn't want the angels to find out, what better way than to hide in their domain under their noses.
I freaked out like a toddler 3 times during the episode, I loved it so much. Worth the wait for sure.
Same!
haha same, it was such a satisfying ending. TBH the whole season was beyond what I’d imagined Viv could have done!
@@Jasper_KNMe too!
Ah same I literally screamed
SAMEEE!! gosh I have never gotten this invested in ANY film before like this!!!
Only the egg that Alastor used for angel info is the only one left alive after Angel dust saved them. It's sad that dazzle died, and wished they had some commentary on his death. He has a memorial statue infont of the hotel and its so sad.
DAMN IT IT WAS DAZZLE! I knew it but I didn't want to believe it.
Maybe they where just injured and not killed?
@@user-gh5oq3qq7g they definitely did razzle and dazzle dirty.
@tuxxler They definitely did. They were portrayed to be powerful beings to protect Charlie but Dazzle got sliced in like 2 seconds. I felt like the ones who were portrayed as being powerful, got their asses kicked way faster than I originally thought.
@@PassTheMilk14I think that was to show just how strong Adam and Lute were. It's a common tactic in writing to gauge one character's strength against another.
But, yeah, I kinda wish that demon form Razzle and Dazzle got to play out a bit more.
Sera's face when she sees Pentious is my absolute favorite! She's like, "Oh CRAP, it's real??" There's so much that can be theorized about in that one scene alone
Alastor really thought he could take adam by himself, I love when smart and opportunistic characters get too arrogant and get an icarus moment. Gotta say this cleared up a lot of on hazbin’s power-scaling angels are very STRONG
People are stupid to think demons can beat angels though lol, alastor is not that strong the sins beat him and some other ppl
It's cute that he thinks that but if you look at the power scale even the sins are above Alastor so there was no possible way he could've beat Adam cause he's an angel and in this universe the Angels are stronger than any being in Hell
@@elizabethgregory3352 but alastor kinda hold him back for awhile so i guess hes a bit strong against the angels
@@elizabethgregory3352and yet an angel like Adam got killed by a dagger from nifty lol
It was an angelic dagger and Adam has been impaled by Charlie and had the living dailight beat out of him by Lucifer, Adam might as well have been at Azrael door before Nifty stepped in@@angelgarcia4641
Something I feel like will happen, with Sir Pentious dying and coming to heaven, it could imply the reverse is true, and Adam could be a demon in hell now
That’s true, it could mean he’s a demon now but I like to believe he went to the same place the demon souls they purged went to. Wherever that is.
That be a fucking sweet twist imagine how piss3d he would be that lucifer now rules over him
Omg that would be awesome seriously!!
Hope he is in limbo... It's worse than hell, earth or heaven, just a soul suspended in time. Yes, I accept it, I didn't like the character, it wasn't fun to hate, at least for me.
Sinners can only die via angelic weapons otherwise they regenerate, and he technically wasn't killed with an angelic weapon. Adam was
I also loved the ‘Ace in the hole’ joke at Alastor.
Why do I have a feeling he doesn’t know what aroace is? He just knows that he doesn’t feel any sort of attraction.
@@SweetOrangeGirlthat’s why it was funny; a rare moment of confusion for Alastor.
@SweetOrangeGirl he probably doesn’t, given the time period when he died- he probably hasn’t given it much thought considering himself “above” all of it, thinking he has some kind of disease, or that he just hasn’t met the right person yet
@@olive9097 Most likely.
@@SweetOrangeGirlyeah he died in the old times (can’t remember what year) so I’d think he wouldn’t know 😂
Watching the scene in the bar before the fight is so cute. I especially love husk and angle even if it was small it was ADORABLE
I love that a more mellow version of Loser Baby played during the bar scene it almost made me cry
Nifty and Alastor was also adorable
They were so acute
Brandon Roger’s announced on Instagram Live today that Katie Killjoy will be receiving a song in season 2 of Hazbin Hotel. As well as a teaser to “Stolitz fans being real happy” when the new Helluva Boss episode drops. He said the episode might air in April, although it’s allegedly already finished.
THANK YOU FOR THIS INFORMATION
Let's go!
katie killjoy is so funny XD
WAIT REALLY
She was good in the Pilot, but she feels very half-assed in the show I’m ngl. It feels like they put 0 effort into her and gave up with her character.@@PurrincessRainbow
I thought this finale was great, the entire fight was super cool and I’m so glad about being right that Pentious would get redeemed after he sacrificed himself. All and all, I’m so excited for Season 2, but I do wonder why and how Lilith got into Heaven, it real seems like she abandoned her family and is seemingly a major, if not final, Villain of the story.
I was still in shock after the whole fight, but Lilith appearing afterward just made it worse and I’m just like, “HOW?!”
I think that since we do know heaven is bias,it’s possible that Lillith has a few angels on the council who still trust her and since adam was able to travel between heaven and hell, it’s possible that Lillith can do the same thing.
Wasnt her hair not orange though
Spoilers:
To me when lute was talking about how she was in charge now it made me think she made a deal with Adam of some kind to get into Heaven. Tho I’m interested to hear why. Also it seems like alastor isn’t being controlled by Lilith like a previous theory. It sounds like it could be some powerful demon that isn’t actually known in hell but makes deals in the shadows rather than manifest itself. Possibly the incarnation of evil the 1st episode talked about?
@@The_Hat_Art Maybe 🤔
spoilers
episode 8 was the best episode 100%. I literally screamed when lucifer appeared and helped charlie and the gang out 😭😭
They killed adam
Alastor getting clapped by Adam caught me off guard
“you messed with my daughter. now I’M GOING TO FUCK YOU !!!”
*awkward staring*
*whispers* ‘dad, it’s ‘fuck you up’”
“uh what did i say”
@@jojobodyeah im bummed that they killed off Adam, def one of my favorite characters for what he is. Sucks that we wont get more of him, or any development on his character. Sucks especially cause he was super bad ass in EP8, and then that same episode he's killed (definitely permanently due to it being an angelic weapon.)
@chillout8320 Adam is pretty damn strong. It took two of the strongest beings in hell to defeat him. Alastor also isn't at his full potential, as you can see with his monologue at the end.
the fact that Adam smirked before he "died" and we don't see his body at all after lute disappears makes me think Adam is not dead, or he will respawn is a fallen angle. also since we know now that souls don't always disappear after they die and people can respawn in heaven or hell based on there actions also cements this.
Pentious wasn’t killed by an angelic weapon, but rather a ‘holy beam’.
@@LocalDiscordCatgirlIf that don't have the same effect, why would use it? It's simple logic
@@angelz7751…to protect himself?
@@HexMyEnemieslet me rephrase accordingly.
if Adam and his angels exclusively use weapons that are supposed to purge sinners completely, why would he specifically choose to defend himself using a weapon that lacks that effect completely and is therefore inferior? To add to this, the show never STATES said weapon is weaker, so why would ANYONE assume it is? It's obviously got the same effect dude don't be dense
@@jaxmc3547 Seemed like Adam doesn’t use his weapon a whole lot so
Also a thought about Alastor, that microphone of his holds a lot of power apparently, like Viv said in the live video, he’s got fears and doesn’t have it all under control, I think that makes him a good villain. His mysterious grin and his charisma are the only things that matter for him to assure he succeeds and copes with the fact of being owned by someone else, desperately wanting to be freed.
I was surprised that Charlie showed no remorse for Razzle dying besides the statue. Hopefully he can be brought back. c: I know the show only has so much time to get through everything, it just caught me off guard.
She was likely going through a lot of emotions and couldn't properly express her grief. The statue was her alternative to expressing it.
I mean, she saw hundreds of death she can't mourn anything in 4 minutes
Also Razzle was a toy animated by Lucifer. It seems possible Lucifer could restore her and Dazzle would have to teach her everything.
@@Pinefr0st That's true! It just caught me off guard is all with how quickly everything was moving.
Ahhh
Yea, was surprised they didn't even like pan to him lying in the rubble or anything, but if he was just an animated toy?
Not sure but guess they weren't considered to be pets?
Maybe I need to watch the hellofa boss or whatever it's called fer more context
Sir pentious chad ways:

Exploded
Stole a piece of alastors coat
Had segs with a whole club if sinners
W rizz with cherri bomb

Dosent even bother using the gates of heaven and just shows up to two of the highest ranking angels casually
So true, so true

I'm thinking him showing up in front of Sera was god kinda doing a fuck you to her since He is supposedly all knowing but absent as hell lmao
I find it poetic justice that Cannibal Town joined Charlie's army since the demon Vaggie spared when she used to be an exorcist was a cannibal
I cried when Sir Pentious was “killed”
and I cried with joy he is in Heaven.
But what about the Eggies
@@thecinematicmind prob because the egg bois were his creation and only sinners can be redeemed, tho thats just my thoughts
@@mitskistearsNOOO THE EGG BOYS
I chucked when he died not because he died but how he died so easily and quickly.
My only issue with Alastor’s fight with Adam is, if they wanted to show Alastor was outmatched, they should’ve shown us using more of his previously shown demonic power.
It was really cool though! The visuals were incredible.
Emily: CHARLIE'S IDEA WORKED!!!
Sera: what..?
Emily: "OH FUCK! IT WORKED!"
Sera: "Oh fuck... it worked"
this Is so sick and fucking TWISTEDDDDDD SICK AND TWISTED! like bro the way sir pentious told cherri to remember him because he knew he was gonna die
I overall enjoyed it but it just made me believe even more that this show needed more episodes because I didn't feel anything when sir pentious "died" because of how quick it was. That's my only real criticism for the whole show overall, that it needed more time for everything.
Maybe its also because Sir Pentious was the first one to be redeemed so it wasn't supposed to be sad moment but in the end a happy moment
@@meiru2453I SOBBED ANYWAY
I honestly laughed my ass of when he died. It was just so fast😭
8 episodes for a season is... crazy. Not sure why they weren't given more leeway. Personally though Im not really someone who's that jaded and needs to have a long bond to feel anything, it was still sad to see him get snapped like that.

@crypt5129 Mabye it's the opposite? Since he wasn't a "sinner" and died to an angelic weapon. This could only apply to demons? But looking at it, it might be a doubt. Since we didn't get a hint of the other angel that died returning. If adam does return, a bit of lazy writing in their part

I absolutely *LOVE* Lucifer's involvement so far! His and Charlie's relationship has been so wholesome! And OMG SIR PENTIOUS MADE IT TO HEAVEN!!! *TAKE THAT, ADAM!*
Though.. I really loved Adam as a character, he was so much fun, and in a love to hate character. Also his design (with the mask) was really cool. I’ll miss him.
I’m starting to think maybe Alastor’s leash isn’t held by Lilith. Unless such a contract can bypass the barrier between Heaven and Hell.
Perhaps they both disappeared seven years ago because a third party decided to make their move at that moment.
Whatever is leashing Alastor is making him terrified, and his smiles are to cover Fear. That song kind of revealed that.
@@meiru2453 Could it be Roo, the mysterious hidden character that Vivzie mentioned before?
And what kind of contract CONSTRAINS his power? Since Alastor revealed his power is held in check by his contract, what level of power would he wield when unleased?
I never thought this, it felt way too obvious to be the case. Spent hours arguing against it under a poll where 97% of people voted that it was Lilith, I feel so vindicated after this episode lmao
@crypt5129 it would be kind of cool if they both were looking to make a deal w the same entity or something, & Alastor got screwed but Lilith got to go to heaven. Idk what kind of deal that would be though lol
The whole bit between Charlie and Susan was hilarious😂
My poor snek. His confusion at arriving in Heaven was adorable. Realizing Allister didnt fullfill his part of his contract is interesting
I'm glad they showed Alastor vs Adam and then Lucifer vs Adam, it really demonstrates just how powerful Luci is- and the fact that he was just toying with Adam, that probably wasn't even the full extent of it…
Hopefully it will put to rest the whole power scaling debacle and those who think that Alastor is the most powerful being in hell.
I mean, there is a Hazbin Hotel power ranking that Vivziepop herself approved of.
1. Lucifer
2. Charlie and Lilith
3. The Seven Deadly Sins
4. Ars Goetia
5. Overlords (that includes Alastor)
6. Sinners
7. The Hellborn
8. Imps and Hellhounds
So yeah, Alastor really had no chance.
@@SweetOrangeGirl And Adam is either just above Charlie (But bellow Lucifer), or on par with Charlie (If she actually trained to fight).
Fr tho cause the Sins are above the sinners and the Angels were above the sins so Alastor was outranked by 3 whole classes of beings and yet still went for it
I’m rather curious about the future direction for Alastor’s story. His part of the ending song felt to me he was desperate to do anything to get his own freedom from whoever he’s chained to. It’ll be interesting to how Charlie & the gang are (or become) part of this.
the second song i think is an homage to the easter parade which is late victorian/edwardian
i was on the edge of my seat. what a finale.
I think it’s also an homage to the song “before the parade passes by” from “Hello Dolly”, whose title role character is a heaaavy inspo for Rosie. The musical is set in the same time period, so I still think you’re right!

Sir Pentious' death was unticlimactic, but it was in character for him. When he gets into Heaven and Emily just so extatic is everything to me.
What i find funny is that Lucifer took the form of a Snake when he gave Eve the Apple. And it was the snake that was the first to be redeemed.
I was sad that Sir Pentious got killed but his death happened so quickly especially since I was talking and cut off my sentence when it happened I couldn’t help but laugh. The entire time I kinda just went “Ok but seriously when does he come back?” And to my surprise he got redeemed which made me scream, I hope Emily takes good care of him or at least let Charlie know he’s there.
ALSO NIFTY MY GIRL KILLING ADAM WAS SO GREAT
I loved how they made Lucifer actually threatening in the finale.
I’m surprised on how Lilith was in heaven considering in Charlie’s story she helped created Hell as a city and everything only for her to just go missing for 7 years and was in heaven the whole time was the t story perhaps half a lie?
In the episode, Lute mentions a deal with Adam which means now that Adam died, Lilith has to leave heaven
One thing that i keep trying wrap my head around is Alastor in the end song. They showed him going through the door all wounded and then he is just back with the crew in the song. (I know prob some time has passed but still, wierd to me)
I feel sad when the series ends but it does not end. People who think Angel Dust will die in season 1 now they feel relieved including me.
I loved the Finale! Spoilers in case anyone hasn’t seen it yet:

Seeing Adams true power was kinda badass. Like he acts like it but he is no pushover.
And he got back-stabbed by the janitor…
The wait for episodes 7 and 8 was so worth it. One thing I can say is I'm definitely hyped for season 2. There's so many amazing things to come for Hazbin Hotel. I'll give a solid 9/10 for both episodes!!
IM SO MAS THAT SIR PENTIOUS DIED but I couldn’t stop myself from laughing when he just vanished😭😭😭
I was like (wait that’s it? ) but when I saw him in even I was like (yes! Take that serah you bitch!)
RIP Dazzle
SPOILER
I'm glad they didn't fully kill off Sir Pentious because I still want Alex Brightman to stay for season 2, when both of his roles were killed off in the same episode. Also, I can't wait for next season since Sir Pentious going to heaven proves that Charlie's idea actually works
I wonder if we'll get a sub plot of him and Emily working together to try and contact Charlie? To let her know that sinners can indeed be redeemed?
haha cant stop with adam literraly banning Pentious from existence without trying
A twisted part of me wants Adam to come back as a demon in Hell. But tbh I also just want to hear Alex Brightman more.
A tiny detail I noticed is the MOMENT before Adams final breath, he sees lute and smiles. I thought it was such an odd but poignant detail. The two definitely shared something.
The look on Sera's face when Pentious arrives in Heaven: Priceless. Also glad to see Em didn't fall.
They hit sir Pentious with the three frame finisher
While sad, i was a bit disappointed with Pen's death. Wish his sacrifice would have contributed just a tad more but still kept the comedic element of it. In the moment i kinda thought they mishandled it but im glad he's in heaven so it wasn't a real character death that they just glossed over.
Also i really liked Adam, he's so hateable and dorky, kinda hope to see him return somehow but i doubt it.
Didn't notice Baxter and Aracnis but hope they join in on s2, and im looking forward to seeing who the main s2 villain(s) will be, with the V's, Alastor, Lute and Lilith all being very intriguing options in wildly different ways
You're my main source of info for HH and HB thanks my guy
I just finished watching the last episode and I have SoOoOoOoOoOoOo many questions, the first thing I did was come here bc I need answers, or at least theories 😭
I felt so unsatisfied when pentious died & was struggling with acceptance. Then he popped in heaven & i audibly yelled, "WHAT??" I always thought pentious was further along than angel, so im soooooo stoked pentious was the 1st
I freaking loved episodes 7 and 8, It was such a banger of a season finale! And now I'm hyped for season 2!
When i saw sir pentious die and saying his last word "fire" just reminds me of lord shen's word when he was fighting poo
i love my snakes boy got into heaven! he’s my favorite dummy in the show
I could rant about these last two episodes for hours, my favorite scene was probably seeing lucifers fist (mostly his whole fight scene) and then seeing Emily’s face light up when Pentious arrivies. It kinda brought hope that even if heaven wants to keep the past sinners out redemption can and will likely get them there eventually. It was a great season, everything I’ve hoped for since the pilot first aired
I freaked out when alastor got hit as we ever saw him wounded before (besides in comics but those are fanon)
To be fair Sir Pentious got a piece of his coat. 🎉
@@Pinefr0stthat doesn’t count as alastor being wounded
Baxter and Arackniss made a cameo together🤩🤩
yassss i love baxter
I like Alasters line when they were battling and he sees his cane/mic/staff broken
literally stood up and saluted sir pentious while everyone else was 🫡 amazing episodes though, i was bouncing around like a child whenever i was watching them
When alastor made a deal with charlie i wonder what uis favor will be. I think its that he wants her power as a ruler of hell.
Something I particularly enjoyed was them incorporating Sir Pentious’ clear backstory of being a general at some point in life. It really made him shine during the last episode, showing that when he sticks to what he’s good at he excels.
These were SUCH good season finales..I just REALLLYY wish the season was longer! Like, this is such a neat little bow to rap the season with but, tell me I’m not the only one who felt that the box was kinda hollow? It felt like for many interactions in the series they just told us how close __characters where and how they have grown. And, probably the hardest thing for me to say is…Charlie hasn’t done any redeeming. And, I don’t know it erps me that the show kinda gives all the credit to Angels growth to her….she didn’t DO anything! It’s all been Angel and Husks work! And Alastor stating “I will not die for my friends” (paraphrased)…came out of no where..right-? Like, most of his interactions with the hotel staff have been threats and mocking. I never got that he was there friend. More like a predator ready to strike if given the chance. (Don’t hate me though! I really really was on my seat for the finally! I was really worried for Sir P!!) (oh also last thing…YOUR TELLING ME…..THAT THE 1 THING THAT CAN KILL THE ANGELS…IS THERE OWN WEAPONS…(you know..the items that KARMELLA collects AND SELLS…that every Helluva character can get, the things that are ALL around the city!?) 🤣
When Angel saves the Egg Boi from one of the exorcists, a section of ‘Slutty Spider Polka Pop’ (Angel Dust’s theme) plays. This is most prevalent when he brings out his middle arms
Yessss I noticed that, I loved how they included his theme there
Since Sir Pentious became more angelic but overall was still a snake... Makes me wonder was he considered hot in hell? Because "everybody in heaven is hot"
Perhaps he’s very attractive by reptile standards?
@@wilberwhateley7569 I mean Cherribomb got more interested in sleeping with him after hearing about his.. unique anatomy I wonder if that plays into how hot he is.
I also loved how we see everyone being nice to each other and I love husker and angels little conversation it shows how their friendship grew and how they could ba a potential couple loved it so much
I was really surprised when Alastor got injured. Seeing as he is one of the most powerful overlords, I'm surprised he didn't do more damage or shift into his full demon form (like how he did in the episode "Dad beat Dad"). But, these episodes are by far the best 💖
Overlords aren’t the top hierarchy and heaven is way stronger compared to hell bro idk why you was surprised
@@bizarra7195 I'm just surprised he didn't go all-out-demon like he did with the loan sharks in that episode
@@bizarra7195 I'm not saying I didn't see it coming, as he was battling an angel
While it was definitely strange that he didn't go ALL out like he did in ep 5 I think that's what apart of his deal was, that he can only use so much of his power within a certain amount of time so he doesn't take over all of Hell like he wants to. Now him trying to square up with an angel is a little silly cause homie was outranked by 3 classes of beings, above him are the Ars Goetia, the Sins, Charlie and her mom then the angels (cause Lucifer is the most powerful being in hell and he's an angel). He tried though that's for sure
@@elizabethgregory3352 Not all the angels are that powerful, only the really old angels or those that actually train like Lilith. But all the Archangels (I'm assuming there's more than Lucy and Sera) have been around since the beginning of time so they're pretty wack. Either way Adam is like 10,000 years old so Alastor lasting as long as he did was very impressive.
I cried when Sir Pentious and the last song from the season finale and I just choked up during the final song and everything else was okay and I would call this episode as the most emotional episode in all of series.
I WAS OBSESSED WITH THESE EPISODES, I FELT LIKE I COULD SKIP MY HAPPY ASS TO HEAVEN!!!!!!!
Can we also talk about how amazing the outfits were in the finale too? I loved every single one.
Please, I HAVE to know what are the details of his deal, why is it so torturous for him? What could be so restrictive that it makes him want freedom so much. From what? From who? What can he not do while under contract? He was so angry at dying. Maybe there’s a stipulation that if he dies, something will happen that he is terrified of. Alastor lore is what I LIVE for
SAAAAMMMEEE 😱☺️
Sir pentious actually got redeemed it's beautiful and Lilith in heaven is crazy
I adore the cliffhanger it gives alot of stuff to look foward to season 2 but still makes us think and be curious about whats next and theorize
SIR PENTIOUS 😭😭😭😭
Niffy was Mvp!
It was lowkey crazy when I heard Alastor completely without his radio filter for the first time during his fight with Adam.
Well, I was definitely wrong about my prediction of Vaggie dying, but it definitely does make sense for Adam to die for his arrogance, and at Niffty's hands at that (she was my favorite in the season finale). I hope we get to see more of Sir Pentious, though, especially after the whole confessing to Cherry thing.
What if Alastor didn't actually make a deal with anyone but he uses it as a metaphor for being power gated as an overlord, he mentioned being "constrained" by his deal. This is probably referring to how overlords are comparatively weak in comparison to hells hierarchy. Wanting to be in control he will probably try to gain power by making deals with stronger demons
This definitely needs more episodes next season like at least 12 episodes seasons
Nifty being the one to kill Adam was hilarious.
That’s the second time in an animated series where a douchebag named Adam got stabbed by a woman he underestimated.
Id also agree that episode 8 is my favorite and I loved how they add this scene in the end 3:17 with Velvet takimg a picture of them
If Sir Pentious died and ascended to heaven does that mean Adam descended into hell?
Interesting theory 🤔
