Lipstick mistakes! ❌💄

#GlitterAndPiss Episode 29 : Five mistakes we make when we apply lipsticks! 😱
1️⃣ Don’t apply lipstick on flaky lips! Exfoliate your lips with a lip scrub. You can also make your own lip scrub by mixing some coffee powder, sugar and honey together. Follow it up with a lip balm before lipstick application.
2️⃣ Don’t apply lipstick directly. Always use a lip pencil with a lipstick. You needn’t buy a matching lip pencil with every lipstick. I use a brown / marsala lip pencil with all my shades.
3️⃣ Don’t press the lips together too soon. Let the top and bottom lips dry separately after applying lipstick. Pressing your lips together too soon creates patchiness.
4️⃣ Don’t apply gloss directly. Always apply some loose powder over your lipstick and then apply your gloss. The gloss will stick to the powder and won’t budge all day.
5️⃣ Don’t remove lipstick with raw force. Use coconut oil or Vaseline to melt it and then remove with your makeup remover.

I used to ainway set my lipstick with powder and then apply gloss and use to wonder that applying gloss after I've powdered doesn't transfer to my teeth but applying it directly on my lipstick does, now i know why. Great tips ♥️✨
