In my honest opinion, I think the lights are too near to the walls / cabinetry til it doesn't really seem logical... And whole scene seems like a mess. Maybe it could be that it's part of your design. But I find the colours don't match and the brick wall? Texture can definitely be better ... The the sunlight is good though.

Yes Vray and Irender is different software. Vray is software for rendering too.
