Thank you. I don’t understand why all these youtubers do this. What’s the point of watching highlights if you already know the score? They don’t put the endings of movies in move trailers so why do this?

@@ryanmcneely3882 Bob Knight couldn't get them past the Sweet 16th though. Coach Beard has taken them to the Elite 8, and Final Four in 3 years. And also won the Big 12.

Moretti with those cold blooded 3 pt daggers at the end. Straight ripped the hearts outta Gonzaga Bulldogs Nation chest. Lol. And the white brother named Mooney is so fundamentally sound, but plays with a certain level of confidence and swagger to his game. Like no matter who's in front of him, he has this sort of bravado, that he can get busy on you. And that left handed pass he did along the baseline was SICK (06:56-06:58).

Mark few got outcoached just as in the St Mary's loss. He has the better team. Never initiated a game plan to speed up the game or pressure the opponent when they were running down the shot clock. Norvell shot too many three's and Perkins didn't control the tempo. Texas tech played hard and composed. They deserved the victory..

My current solution to this problem, I just simply glance at the thumbnail. I don't even pay attention to the final score on the tumbnail because I dont want it to ruin the experience of finding out who won through watching the game. Deliberate attention blindness. 👀
Exactly. They do a great work but putting the final score in the thumbnail or in the video tittle is completely innecesary. NCAA please stop that.

As A Zag fan, congrats to Texas Tech and Big 12 fans everywhere. Your men played terrific defense in the 2nd half. It's great to hear that both of these fine teams will be facing each other in Dec. 2020 in Phoenix (if we have college basketball season - which it appears we will) for a great neutral court non-conference game. I would look to see a home and home series in the future between the 2 teams. Gonzaga and Kansas will be starting a TRUE home and home series starting in 2021 at the Phog. The Zags have played at the Phog before, but as a low major in the 90's. I think when North Carolina, UCLA, Arizona, and Michigan State played at the Kennel, it made Coach Self feel that playing GU is the ultimate high risk/high reward non league game.

I have Texas winning the entire dance. Big 12 is the best conference for basketball. They beat themselves up all year. If Kansas and Kansas State could of stayed healthy they would of gone deep in the bracket.

Just gotta say Texas Tech you guys were clutch af at the end this game.
Before this I had never even seen y'all play a single second of basketball and only knew of your teams existence from having been a Gonzaga fan for the last 17 or 18 years and just being familiar with team names and logos etc.
But after this game I have a new found respect for your program, reminds me a lot of an earlier Gonzaga when they started to get more attention nationally, making a name for themselves, making more appearances at the big dance and making it further more often as well. in fact we both just went to our first final 4s within a few years of each other and we're both still trynna win our first championship.
Also I have been rooting for you when you go up against Baylor in hopes that we can get back up to the #1 in the country again lol anyways good luck in the tourney next month!

What I liked about this matchup was that both teams were in the same situation geographically and socially.
Lubbock is a small to medium-sized town of about 250,000 people in the middle of nowhere.
Spokane Washington is about the same size and it is in the middle of nowhere.
Both schools are represented by one or two sports at most that are good.
This year both were represented by basketball.
I graduated from Texas tech a few years ago, and we were in nit team in basketball at the time. Couldn't even make the NCAA tournament.
I didn't see this coming, Texas Tech winning.

Perkins finished with 2 Reb, 6 asst, and 16 points in this game and committed a foul that threw away any chance his team had of coming back.. Hachimura and Clarke were more impressive, and yes, I am a Tech fan.

People want to rip on Gonzaga for losing but history may show that they did a great job to stay in the game all the way to the end. Tech is that good and they should have been a 2 seed. Also - you know it was a great Elite Eight when this was actually the LEAST dramatic of the four games played.

Shendaal K- I only went to one game as of this day. Bruins named Alcindor, Warren, etc . One laker game also. Chamberlain,West,Baylor,Goodrich. If I knew then that I would never have made it back...

Awful proud of the Red Raiders & Coach Beard. In fact, I think all of Texas is proud of the quality of their play. I was surprised to learn that Tech has the opportunity to to be the first Texas team in over 50 years to win the national championship since Texas Southern did it in 1966! I am a TTU alum whose mom, dad & 3 siblings graduated Tech, as well.

If this season was a microcosm or showed us anything, it was not to underestimate the brilliant coaching of Chris Beard! Remember what he lost off that Elite 8 club in 2018 to graduation and the draft, and yet, they outdid that team this past season! Absolutely incredible considering where the Red Raiders had to come from! So don't count them out in 2019-20! Do that at your own discretion!
