- What is supposed to be a few quick and easy repairs on the combine quickly turn into an ordeal. First Matt and Andy find more unexpected problems with the engine and then have to use some horsepower to get the sieves out the back. Matt explains what was wrong with the semi truck and shows Carter how to work on a truck axle to fix the brakes. Matt and Andy replace the cutterbar on the draper header and matt has to modify some new parts to work right.

Great to see Carter learning new stuff. He is really growing up! Happy Fathers Day Matt.
Glad to see Carter is back in the videos again. I hope his health issues are better 🙏🏻
Matt I can appreciate you trying to teach your son how to work on your equipment but him not having on proper shoes is not very smart there's nothing cool about flip flops in the shop. Good to see the combine engine repair is done. STAY SAFE
Around here, (Indiana) we call that jack a "Bloomfield Jack" since the originals were made in Bloomfield Indiana. Just a bit of trivia. Carter, I imagine that there are always more things that you would rather be doing but take it from a 65 year old man, I use concepts that I learned on the farm and in Vo-ag EVERY day now. The value is priceless and will give you an advantage over your peers from day-one.
Matt I'm not a Farmer but I really like listening how you always try to explain everything good job
Happy Birthday Kelly. Very good video Matt. I really enjoy them. Thank you for taking time out of your busy shedule to take us along
Think a pair of steel toe cap work boots should be ordered for Carter. I wouldn't be pulling off 300 lb tires wearing slip ones. He doesn't want to be learning that lesson.
D
Socks and shower shoes are not shop approved
I'd love to have some of that rain
Happy Father's Day Matt!
Just a safety thought I just seen your fire extinguisher. They need to be turned upside down every so often so all the dry chemicals aren’t pack in bottom making them unusable up you down need them
21:09 Matt I would like if you could stick a GoPro back here when you’re harvesting to see this spot in action.
Glad to see you getting closer to harvest. Hate to hear about the replant, but that’s part of farming. How many hours you got on your combine?
4500 engine
When in doubt; Yank it!!
Matt what are you putting down for residual?
Should have let it fall on his toes
At least it didn't break down and a 100° wheat field boy wouldn't have been a honey to fix out there.
He needs to be wearing the appropriate footwear to be working out in the shop
shoes?
Sandals in a farm shop?
That dude is gonna be a mechanic

16:47 Where was Kelly during all of this!?
Had the day off it was my birthday
