True true - plus doing a side deal for the fit tire allows the buyer to save on registration costs as well vs including it into the deal!
About 41% of these home tours thus far result in a direct or indirect real estate deal.
Edit - sorry, not 100% sure if understood your question correctly. You mean furniture % vs overall price? That can vary quite a bit depending on the interior designer of the property. Sometimes it’ll be R1mil on a R10mil property, or even R2-3mil…😳
TIP.... for your shots that u will slow motion later in post. Please use 60 fps or 120. Not just 24 fps... coz the videos are nice but on the slowmotion part you can see the jittering and staggering...
MUCH appreciate the feedback - only started doing the 60fps recently for those extra shots. My iPhone unfortunately doesn’t do 120fps🤔
